It is just a room, but in a great location and in very good condition along with a coffee station in the corridor for guests to share. The room is very clean, with a massive TV that included Netflix with no sign in required. I found the bed comfy, but my wife wasn't as pleased.

It is quite a small room and you do hear other people moving about, but then you get that anywhere.

Location was very convenient to the beach and places to eat. Staff were very helpful. Room was comfortable and had good storage space.

The location was extraordinary, so was the staff, Simone did all her best to help us in everything. Ftee coffee and tea for the guests are also to be find.

Location is perfect. Ofc it depends on your preferences. Free tea and an array of different types of Coffee was nice. Value for money. Staff was nice and friendly- very helpful. We were able to leave our luggage on location after checking out due to a later flight- alternatively there’s a lot of luggage hotels in the area for 8€. Free daily cleaning service if wanted. Easy access by code panel.

No sound isolation. Neighbor rooms and hallway can be heard. Walls and doors are thin so don’t expect conversations to be private.

Lovely clean bright rooms. Comfortable bed with an ensuite. Brilliant location and friendly staff. Amazing value. Perfect for a weekend in the city.

What we liked most about the property was the location! Close to everything : city, beach and marina

The room is too small only one chair could fit in it , so whenever we wanted to have a snack or a tea one of us had to sit on the bed, which is not quite right.Also, I think adding a microwave and a toaster in the hostal would be a great thing! the rooms would benefit from a better cleaning, behind the radiator and under the table was really dirty, it needs a good hoovering. Last thing the drainage of the bathtub needs maintenance as the water didn’t flow easily.

The Hostal is very well location a stone's thrown from the Esplanade where you can find shops, bank points, the Marina, fast food restaurants as well as bars and other restaurants. Upon arrival we called the phone number on the door and were given the access code to the front (street) door as well entry on the sixth floor to the rooms and the code for entry to our room. The rooms are not huge but a good size and VERY CLEAN as was the bathroom. Hair dryer in the bathroom and nice large towels for bathing. There is a small safe in the closet. Nice size TV and a fridge to stock your own things but supplied with small bottles of water. In the hallway is a table with a coffee machine, capsules, sugar and tea. There is no breakfast provided but there are cafes and a McDonald's very near by. The owner(??) came by to get the payment and he was very polite and friendly. In the morning I was concerned that there was no hot water to shower but just wait!!! it will turn very hot so I had a nice hot shower (shower gel and hair shampoo/conditioner are provided). Also at night very QUIET and the beds were comfy. I would recommend!

Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar! Das Zimmer völlig ausreichend für einen Städtetrip, alles war sauber und das Personal schnell erreichbar und super freundlich!

La limpieza, el diseño, el confort. La independencia al contar con baño propio, perfectamente equipado. Armarios amplios, camas muy cómodas.

El único problema que veo es que, al ser un hostal pequeño, el personal a veces no llega a todo. Mi chek-in se retrasó una media hora, o por ejemplo necesitaba usar la habitación después de comer y no pudo pasar el servicio de limpieza.

Me ha gustado mucho: la atención rápida y excelente, que dispusieron de cafe, la neverita en la habitación, la comodidad de la cama, que las habitación se abriera con código. Todo excelente! No es hotel 5 estrellas, pero es cómodo, acogedor y muy bien situado

Muy buena ubicación, frente al puerto y a 5 minutos de la playa, al lado de la plaza del ayuntamiento y de la calle San Francisco, que para cenar está bastante bien. No está lejos de la estación de tren, y la calidad-precio es bastante buena. Llegamos bastante tarde el primer día y no nos pusieron ningun problema para entrar, ya que la entrada a la habitación va mediante códigos. Fueron muy amables al dejarnos que dejaramos la maleta en el hostal el último día, cuando ya habíamos dejado la habitación, para que pudieramos seguir disfrutando del día en Alicante.

Las únicas pegas que le encuentro es que la calle a la que da el balcón es una calle bastante transitada por coches y por tanto, hay algo de barullo, y que la persiana no cerraba del todo, se quedaba un poco más de a la mitad, así que, entraba luz cuando amanecía, por tanto, si eres una persona que necesita oscuridad absoluta es un punto en contra.

Cleaness could improve, and the apartment also needs a bit of maintenance.

You can reach it easily from the airport, the bus station is very close to the hostal. Also you can find a beach very close to it. Staff was helpful.

Close to sea and the town. Clean and comfortable. Useful to have fridge. Good shower, over bath. Ideal for a couple of nights.

There was a kettle, and tea/coffee pods, but no milk provided. Generally, all good.

We were pleasantly surprised. The room was beautiful, very clean, spacious, had a super-sized bed and smelled great. They even provided tea and coffee to their guests. It was in a great location and central to everything: Beach, restaurants, promenade and town centre. We had a pleasant stay and will definitely come back and certainly recommend to others. Thank you.
