The area and the flat were quiet. The flat was clean and freshly painted. The landlord was assisted by a very responsive lady, who brought us the keys to the flat.

One chair was missing (only 2 chairs for 3 people). The key box was broken, which impeded our independence as a group of 3. In bedroom, no table on which to put our suitcases and very weak lighting. In kitchen, insufficient or damaged equipment, noisy fridge. Weird electric installation, for example a switch in kitchen controlled light in the tiny bedroom, and there was no indication that this switch had to be activated.

There was broken sockets( people could get electrocuted). Nothing was level it was all bent

Place was kinda dirty when we arrived and we had problems with the heating (although that might be our fault)

Beautiful apartment in a great location if you’re looking to stay on the Hackney/Dalston side of town. I would recommend this flat to stay very comfortable.

Wishing the communication was better. Getting in contact through the app, WhatsApp or phone call was virtually non existent. Two towels provided for three people was a quite strange.
