Friendly staff, the hotel was a bit strange as it didn’t have a reception area as such so we checked in at the bar and handed the keys to a cleaner - the hotel was shut in the morning being a pub. The shower room was in need an updating from the 1980s, but the room was good in general. Only stayed one night so didn’t matter too much.

The owners are very nice. They went out of their way to accommodate me with my needs. I’m very grateful to them. The room is lovely and the bar is very smart. Their meals are reasonable Able to park right near the ramp to our room.

Very clean and comfortable. Very central to all shopping and eating places. Dining in Hotel was excellent and all staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Being on the main road it was very busy and noisy and the parking space for the units no very well set up, but despite this we had a very pleasant say.

The check in good but could do with a sign where to check in. The staff were excellent - couldn't do enough for you.
The room was very comfortable and after a long day in Burra the electric blankets were put to use (although we don't have them at home!!!).
There is a mini bar in the room but we didn't use the items. There are cafes opened in the main street of Clare for breakfast both on Saturdays and Sundays. The Hotel also has excellent meals for Lunch and Dinner.

Staff is warm and hospitable - both of them went above&beyond during check-in - suggestes not to wait til late for checkin as the room is ready anyway - excellent customer service! Spotless clean linens/sheets; Location - easy access to shops/restaurants, Bentley's own restaurant has so much to offer and food competes with contemporaries; I would stay again in Bentleys.

The rooms are spacious, clean with off street parking. The hotel is joined with easy access and a huge range of delicious foods on offer. Location was perfect for our stay. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Very central location on the Clare main street. Great meal in the Bistro and very convenient parking alongside our room - especially in the morning when it rained! The only negative was that the mattress was a bit soft.

Check-in was easy in the Hotel. The rooms are adjacent with off street parking. The room was large and clean. The TV was also large which was a nice surprise.

Huge difficulty with a broken, very hot and very noisy air con. 0o outside so needed something. Extremely poor sleep.

Great comfy bed and amenities in room. Left a note regarding no plug for basin and1 knife missing. Toilet area should have a hand grab rail for the elderly. Toilet very low. We are both over 90 yrs.

The staff were very friendly and helpful even though it was a busy holiday weekend, they found time to help the guests. The restaurant attached to the hotel is lively with great food. Excellent wine selection too (as you would expect for the region HAHA)

Lovely room although we booked a downstairs room and got booked into an upstairs room. Made for hard work lugging an ebike up stairs! Would've been terrible if one of us was in a wheelchair
