Lovely apartment, clean and comfortable. Very nice location.

We didn't have hand towels or bath mats in the bathrooms on the first day but I messaged and we were given some when we got home in the evening.

Great Apartment, plenty of room

There was no plug in the sink to wash up with & no towel to dry cutlery & plates

Great location just near Queens and great for buses or walking. This lovely modern apartment was perfect for a family of three - plenty of room, 2 nice bedrooms/bathrooms, flat easy to access with clear instructions in a lovely building. it was quiet despite there being a few flats in the property and the communal area was lovely also with a very friendly cat. When we next come to Belfast would definitely look to stay here again.

Just a few little attention to detail things missing - no bath mats or oven gloves, tea towels or plug / washing up utensil provided despite kitchen being really well equipped for self-catering. Was just a bit difficult to wash up and get things out of the oven! However, after a quick email, bath mats and tea towels were left for us so quickly resolved. A mirror in the back bedroom would also be really helpful.

Location was great, apartment was very clean and well kept.

The photo of the property showed two single beds in one of the bedrooms, it was actually a double bed which didn’t suit our situation.

Great location for walking into the city centre.

Slightly noisy with construction work but that’s not the fault of the owners. Missing plug for washing up and no lid on the bun!

Clean and tidy Good location Easy parking on the street Checking in was smooth The apartment had everything you’d need in it, in terms of plates, cup, towels etc. Modern and fresh.

Neighbours were noisy, particularly in the rear room. Fire alarm went off randomly at 1am. I reported the issues but it wasn’t acknowledged. Single Beds in the rear rooms were falling a bit fragile. Security deposit was required, which is fine but it wasn’t mentioned until a week before arriving.
