Had a wonderful 2 days and enjoyed being downtown. Saturday farmer's market was across the street, and Cville's best bakery down the block. Very stylish and comfortable apartment!

This is the perfect place to stay for exploring Charlottesville. You're right off the pedestrian mall and can walk to so many restaurants and shops. The photos are accurate; I think it was even nicer in person. It has a nice, airy loft feel; very contemporary. So spacious. Wonderful comfy king bed. I wish I could have stayed here longer and would love to come back.

Very cool property in a great location.

The apartment was well-located and clean. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. We had an espresso maker but not a coffee maker and it was missed. It also would have been nice to have reading lamps near the bed. Overall, a nice place to stay for a short visit.

Easy to find, and great location. Tons of eateries for quick grabs and nice restaurants as well. The studio is clean, airy and well appointed. As a previous tenant mentioned, hot water for the shower is limited; it wasn’t a big problem as we split when we showered (night/morning) but it’s not optimal. The bed is super comfortable. Linens are nice too. Slept easy.

We had a great time staying at this loft close to the downtown mall. We stayed 4 nights and wanted to be within walking distance of bars and restaurants. The location could not have been more convenient. The only downfall was having to pay for parking every day at the local water street public parking garage $12 per day. Otherwise our stay was perfect. We did find the water does not stay warm too long in the shower. Just enough for one person to shower, so if you’re traveling with a partner maybe alternate showers, evening and morning. We were able to make it work. The water pressure was amazing and made up for the length of time it stayed warm. To other travelers, note there is no elevator so you do have to carry luggage up two flights of stairs. My husband and I were in Charlottesville for our anniversary and we stayed at this lovely property. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating to our request to check in early. It’s right downtown in the middle of everything with a short walk to UVA.
