Clean and tidy when we had a problem the owner was there straight away .

Sleeping condition not suitable for 3 adults.pull down bed no blankets we had to put mattresses on floor in living room everything else was good

exceptionally clean, everything you needed for cooking a family meal was there, great location for what we was looking for (to be on the outskirts of Hemsby)

no mains water but that wasn’t an issue as the toilets and shower block was literally 30 seconds away and very clean, the tap to fill out water supply was 10 second walk

Everything, was a home from home caravan. Would recommend

Lovely, comfortable caravan in a great location only 5 minutes drive to the beach or a short walk. A few arcades/restaurant/cafe/shop near by. Just back from a fantastic holiday, Chris and Tracy are so accommodating. I booked the caravan on the actual day we were arriving and before we left home had received all relevant information needed (ie how to get to the location, how to retrieve the keys). Extremely fast response to messages. Added little extras which made the difference, kids games, a few toys, outside seating area, decking, tea, sugar, cereal, milk and water (which was great for a last minute get away). The beds are so comfy providing a great night's sleep. Very quiet campsite, a small park about a minutes walk from the caravan. There is no sewageage in any of the vans but the toilet block is about a minute away (next to the park) with showers, they are very clean and tidy. I travelled with a 5 year old and 1 year old and not having a working toilet in the caravan was not a problem at all. There is a portaloo in the bathroom which is helpful for night time with children. Thank you Chris and Tracy, we look forward to our next trip
