Clean building. Near plenty of stores and food. Not the best or cleanest neighborhood but overall great stay!

Loved our time here!! Great location for walking. Close enough to transport we didn’t need to rent any car to get around. The pictures imply it is much larger than it is though. Very very small but great price for the location - exactly what We needed. Biggest piece of feedback is it needs some kind of microwave. There was not one in the room or the lobby anywhere, making it very difficult to make any meals or reheat leftovers to enjoy.

We traveled from NC and got in very early! They were willing to work with us last minute to let us check in early to rest! Clean and cozy - perfect location in Capitol Hill!

Even though it is listed on the VRBO website, this property is owned by another company called Sonder. If you are not going to make any changes or need any help, you will probably have a fine time. I did not. I booked 48 hours in advance of check in. I tried to cancel 36 hours in advance through sonder and vrbo. Vrbo/homeaway said I had to cancel through sonder. Sonder said vbro/homeaway. I contacted both after the check in date, and was told no refund was possible. Terrible customer service, hated the bait and switch of having to deal with a third party after booking through what I thought was a primary source. It also requires biometrics like a scan of your face and also a picture of your ID to check in. I found the whole experience invasive, unpleasant, and I also live in Seattle and can tell you that this location is on a constantly dirty street with zero street parking, tons of car break ins. It definitely must meet some need in the market, but it's not a nice place to stay.

This is an amazing place to stay if you want to easily get around the city. Great restaurants around the area.
