Colazione basic, ma essenziale. La Signora davvero cordiale ha cercato di soddisfare ogni esigenza alimentare con gli strumenti a disposizione. Prodotti freschi. La sttuttura ricorda molto un ambiente familiare. Super apprezzata la camera, con un grande affaccio nel terrazzo adiacente, molto pulita e con buon gusto negli arredi. Molta attenzione alla pulizia e ai dettagli. Bravi!

Purtroppo la struttura è posizionata in un luogo isolato, anche se molto silenzioso, quindi apprezzabile. La colazione pecca di mancanza di caffetteria professionale, ma ci si adatta tranquillamente. Per il resto è stato un piacevole soggiorno.

Siamo stati due notti in questa splendida struttura, contornata da un bel verde e semplicemente fantastica per la posizione per raggiungere sia il centro di Anzio che di Nettuno, che le spiagge; Francesco, Alessandro e la signora Monica educati e gentili, disponibili a qualsiasi ora. Pulizia della camera e della villa davvero impeccabile. Ci ritornerei subito!

Francesco and Alessandro displayed exceptional friendliness and helpfulness. They efficiently transported us to and from the beach and airport, and even picked us up from the train station. Additionally, Villa Romano's affable dog will warmly welcome you upon your return. We unequivocally relished our stay and enthusiastically recommend it to others.

The service was awesome, the hosts helped us with everything. They were really friendly and helpful. The B&B was really clean and modern. Anzio was a great town to stay at. We definitely recommend staying here☺️

Lovely modern villa with lots of kerb appeal, inside security gated grounds with lots of parking. Our host was charming and welcoming and the room was, on the face of it fine. There was a large terrace area where we were able to sit in the evening and enjoy a glass of wine in the company of the resident and very friendly Golden Retriever.

It lacked one or two basic amenities. While there was an all singing, all dancing TV package, there was no fridge or bottled water in the room and no glasses to drink from. The place has a great braekfast room that looks like it is set up to offer a phenominal breakfast but all that was on offer were croissants although we were offered and enjoyed a cup of proper tea!

Booked here as a stopover before catching the ferry to Ponza, and really can't recommend enough. The rooms are enormous, spotlessly clean, with separate toilet, bathroom, shower room, great Aircon. So much space and a very comfortable big bed. There's a very relaxing space for breakfast or to lounge and read downstairs in this newly decorated modern villa. Sure, the location is outside of the town centre and fairly uninspiring BUT this doesn't matter at all because the owners are so incredibly helpful and drove us the few minutes into town whenever we wanted, picked us up after dinner, and even from the ferry to drop us at the train station when we headed back despite the fact we weren't staying another night. Also gave us a safe space in town to leave our bags and absolutely refused to take any payment for all this help. Oh and you won't find anyone who speaks better English in this part of Italy, which is nice if you're a bit lost in Italian. Oh and if you are flying into Rome they will pick you up from the airport and drive you for much less than the cost of a taxi. Particularly handy from Ciampino which is a bit of a pain to connect to the train from. All this is a breeze to arrange as they reply almost immediately to messages. All in all a perfect stopover, and fantastic value, which you're going to appreciate once you get to Ponza. Keep up the good work guys. 10/10

it was amazing! we never been in similar place. we felt like special people on personal villa. all around you give you this feels. all furniture, all views. it’s perfect! thank you so much Francesco! Francesco very nice and polite. He met us and showed everything. Next morning we found breakfasts - croissant, jam and coffee. It was very cool. It was our perfect days, perfect service and perfect place! I hope we will return. good luck Francesco.
