The apartment is clean with everything you need... excellent location, also close to buses... I recommend it for families with children and adults, since everything you need is nearby

It was is in a perfect location with stunning views. Table & chairs good to sit at to admire the sunsets. However the pictures advertising the property looked like there was a balcony so you could sit outside, but their wasn’t , our mistake as it didn’t mention it had one , in the owners write up. Cleaner was good who came once a week during our 5 week stay. Spare bedding & towels provided.

The building works taking place in the communal area we’re horrendous, very ugly electrical pipes up above everywhere , not exactly welcoming , especially when we stayed there for 5 weeks. There was a table & chairs opposite the kitchen which we thought was a waste of space as there was another set overlooking the beach & views. No instructions for anything , and we had a problem with the TV, which finally got sorted out. Apartment was basic & could do with updating.

Great apartment, airy, bright, clean, superb views, well located in Patalavaca and only a 15 min walk to Arguineguin. Easy collection of the keys when checking in. Will definitely come back 👍

lift to beach and restaurants, sea view . comfy bed. reliable hot water. sofa comfy, homely.

better shower and floor mat for safety. needed kitchen scissors. and cutlery upgrade -same with wine glasses.
