close to the airport

One of the rooms was clean and comfortable. In the other room the towels were smelly, and obviously not clean.

The property is advertised as a "B&B", which means bed and breakfast. This is not the case. No breakfast was supplied. The prooperty advertises having a shuttle to- and from the airport. There was no shuttle available, and we had to take a taxi tto the property and back to the airport.. The fee is 20 euros for each trip. The is no staff in the premises except tor handling the keys to the room.

It was very spacious, clean, and near to the airport.

There was no water in the common area, and the ac was left without the remote so it could not be used.

Nothing went well

The owner didn't give us access to control the Air conditioner and my boys and I suffered all night and we could sleep.. because the A/C went on only at 25 degrees. I paid way too much (120 euro) for this room.. This property owner will be on my BLACK LIST even on trip advisor. I am so angry to see people who ask for so much money and give such terrible service. This room should have costed 30 euro per night even if the A/C was in good condition. I am disappointed that I went to this place.. It was my mistake!! This place is a BIG NO!!!

No breakfast? And nothing in English to explain why

Our host was very friendly and helpful, it’s easy to get to from the airport. It’s an easy walk to the sea front with a great pastry and coffee shop near by.

The air conditioning is central and you cannot turn it on in the night. Be handy to have it on longer in the evening to make it easier to sleep on a hot night.

There was no air conditioning, the owner who lives nearby can control the temperature remotely 😩 as a result we sweated all night. Also there was no hot water to shower. Bad accommodation.

Location near the train station. Towels are changed and the bed is made every day, what could someone like. For us it was not neccesary and I see it more or less as just disturbing privacy and keeping us under their control (They don't trust the guests and see them as offenders). (We stayed there 3 nights)

There is a shared kitchen, but you cannot even use water there, owner switched off the valve under the sink and forbid us to switch it on. You can use only the part of dinning room to eat breakfast prepared by owner (this options we did not try). There is a balcony, but you cannot use it, it is closed. In the room is A/C but you cannot control it, it turn on and off with some pre-programmed mode, which means it will turn on at 3AM during the sleep, where there is no use and it will only blow the cold air on your bed, when there is already cold and when it should start it doesn't. Apart of that the window could not be properly closed, so A/C is just waste of energy. There was not allowed to eat in the room and there was not allowed to wash the swimming suite from the salt and let it dry. Quite late check-in 15:30, but we could drop the luggage there under the stairs earlier. To me it seemed that the room was that time already ready, but they didn't want to let us there.

The host was very kind and welcoming. The location was nice (near airport and train station).

The hotel is very close to the train station, which is good. They let us leave our luggage before the check in time.

The room was quite ok, but really small, and the bathroom was across the hall, not in the room itself. If you open the window, it's quite noisy. Even though the hotel offers breakfasts, the hosts replied that it was not possible to order one.

The location is great - 5 minute walk to a train station, 15 minute walk to the sea with narrow but nice beaches. The place was very clean and the property manager was extremely nice and helfpul.

A/C only runs about 30 minutes around 6:00 and 6:30 AM and guests are not allowed to operate it. (And at least once we have noticed it turn on also in the evening.) Breakfasts consist of plastic-wrapped pieces of sweet pastry (I would prefer any form of fresh pastry, e.g bread). The shower only had a fixed shower head (and not handheld shower head) and relatively quickly ran out of hot water.

It was wery clean and everything is new. The bed was very comfy.

There was a little bit cold. The breakfast is very poor. The host gave for us some snacks (sweet cheap things), cornflakes and juice. We bought to us a really brekfast every morning. And finally the host didn't too helpful.

Very attentive friendly welcome. Very clean and light room. Comfortable bed. Less than 10 minutes from the beach and railway station but quiet. Would highly recommend.

The b&b is very good for value and very clean too. Is not too far from the airport or the train station so easy to move in other places.

The location dose not offer much but enough for the basics needs.

Very friendly welcome! Large and super clear triple room and en suite bathroom + common breakfast room. Fridge well stocked. Breakfast tray with lots of goodies also in room. Private parking was a huge plus. The B&B is a short walk to Palese Beach and a 10 minute (max) drive to the airport. The train station is also 2 minutes from the accommodation (literally) if you are without a car and want to visit. There's also a supermarket, pharmacy, pizzeria, etc. round the corner. In short, I highly recommend B&B Principe and will definitely check in again if ever I am back. Thank you for your hospitality!
