Perfect base if you plan to rent a car to explore Scotland.

The breakfast could be varied according to your wishes. Very comfortable beds. Very easy to reach by car. All in all recommendable.

Booked according to rating. I stay all over the country. It appears there are different levels of accommodation here as mine was nowhere close to what is advertised. They don't list room photos so you assume the ratings previously. My room was tiny, bare, dated. Not disputing the high ratings of other rooms but it was not my experience. Kept awake by barking dogs in neighbouring room one side till 11pm then plumbing noises the other side till midnight. I really do not enjoy leaving negative reviews, the host was fine, but this is misinformed advertising. It was cheap, but because I was given the room I had. Conclusion, it may be great as the rating suggests, but not what I was offered so disingenuous. Be sure to clarify room detail before booking.

Dog friendly- a great Guest House all round, with excellent facilities. The very best breakfast - thank you - we hope to stay again soon.

A small point & will not stop us returning. The room size is as advertised, sufficient, but fairly small for my Husband, who is a big man.

Very nice place to visit either Edimbourg or Glasgow for a very good price ! We unfortunately had no time to walk around the farm but it looked nice. Our host were also very nice with us !
