Great location, close to the city center and TimeOut Market. It's noisy in the evening but we liked this vibe (probably it's not for everyone).

Showers in bathrooms are terrible. It's hard to control water temperature. Outdated and broken shower fixtures. Bad value for money. For 500 USD/night I expected much better quality of staying.

Really informative friendly host. Very pleasant and accomodating. Great location.

The beds are a bit old and the bathrooms need an update: water leakage damage on the doors, bathtub drainage limited, floor tiles loose.

The apartment was great. I can recommend to everyone. Very very central, just next to time out market.

Amazing location in the bustling Sao Paulo Square. Easy walking to all the tourist hot spots.

Location close to metro and within walking distance to some interesting historic places was convenient. Not so good for plenty of bars and pubs near the apartment that attract young people and cause sometimes more noise especially during the weekend’s nights. But apart from noise it is comfortable and very stylish apartment suitable for bigger group of travellers and very well equipped.

Huge gorgeous apartment with a pretty view - very bright with many windows - again huge and gorgeous - with a large fully stocked kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. The linens were ultra clean and smelled heavenly. So much storage for clothes etc Large living room and dining room My mom wasn’t thrilled with the location because there were some undesirables that hung around that road but everyone on the street seemed polite and friendly. And there was an excellent little mini market 3 doors down stocked with everything ! At excellent prices! And one block away from the time out market , the metro- and a very short walk (5 mins) from a couple very nice squares. I would definitely stay in that area in that exact apartment again and would recommend it to anyone

We met Arthur at the apartment and he was exactly on time and very nice. But we arrived early and there was no sign saying that which button to press for that apartment ( so we annoyed a resident oops) and even tho we had the address we didn’t feel 100% sure that we were at the right place. So it was a little stressful again for my mom. It would have been nice if there was a little sign saying Tiles São Paulo and perhaps Arthur’s phone number - in case he had been late ( things happen) and perhaps even a back up number. But as I mentioned he did arrive right on time!
