When the gentleman at the desk was busy with someone else. After 5 or so minutes the Front Desk Supervisor came out, she appeared very annoyed to have to help me. Barely spoke, pointed where to initial and then handed me the 1 key and said "youre in the back building". When we got to the room there was a man standing on the steps of the room next to us who just stared the entire time. We walked in and the room reaked of weed! The room was mainly clean but the bathroom was gross!! See pics attached. Obviously the glass doors to the shower hadnt been cleaned because as soon as they steamed up i could see hand printed on the doors inside. Disgusting! Not to mention the stain that hadnt been washed off the floor of the shower. The sketchy people next door were loud and constant slamming. The guy outside when we arrived was still out there anytime we went outside to go to the car for at least a few hours looking like he was guarding that room. Extremely uneasy and unsafe feeling!

The hotel looked lovely, however we were in a single story trailer looking building behind the hotel, told it was an upgrade. I had requested wheel hair accessible I had one step up into unit that was on a slanted part of the parking lot, and no railing. We managed getting in. Area large and open, bench in shower, no chair at the desk. We are at the onsight restaurant largest bowl of soup I have ever gotten. Breakfast Buffet in morning good.

Was disppointed room was in a separate ground floor building.
However, it was a terrific room - large, freshly decorated, big bathroom, and a kitchenette.
A short drive to lots of food outlets and a variety of shops.

Lovely, well kept, clean, well appointed room. We swam and soaked in the indoor pool and hot tub. Restaurant good. Breakfast free and very good. No view but we were overnight and didn’t need. Highly recommend!

This was a perfect overnight stay for us while touring around Nova Scotia. The area around the property is pretty commercial. It's fairly local to the highway, right across from a gas station, etc. However, less than a 5 minute drive you can get to the main street in town which has tons of cute shops/restaurants and is much more walkable. I found our room itself to be clean and updated. Breakfast the next morning had a big variety which was nice. I'd absolutely stay again if we were in the area.

Check in staff were very nice. The room however was rundown, we were in one of the outside rooms/outside access. The door to the unit was literally hanging on by a few screws. You could see out through the door on the top, and down the side… at first I thought it didn’t close completely, and was unnoticed until the following morning when the sun was shining into the room from the door. If it was during the winter the room would have for sure filled with snow.
We required extra towels because there were only 3 in the room and it was 4 of us.. 45 minutes later and two request we had the extra towels… housekeeping skipped our room and moved onto the next room for the morning. There is an area of mold in the bathroom ceiling as well as the soap dispenser hanging off the wall.
We stayed at this hotel several years ago and it was not in this condition. Not sure what happened but certainly some repairs should be completed.

My kids and I loved the hot tub and the pool. The pool water was even warm. The complimentary breakfast buffet could have used a bit more seasoning, but we weren't even expecting the breakfast; so, it was still a plus.
The room was clean and modern. My only real gripe is that the TV was a train wreck. The remote couldn't make it come on, and a fellow from the front desk had to come to reset the inputs or something, and then when we later turned it off (and on again in the morning), it was again not working. Not a huge deal, but I have small kids who like to watch a bit of TV when we are in a hotel/motel.

The room was great. Large, looked pretty clean. Comfy bed, nice having a kitchenette.
The hot water was set WAY too high though, sort of dangerous. And the shower was plumbed backwards and the knob was such that it was either cold or hot, not in between. So, painful showers!
Restaurant buffet breakfast was not good, at least the hot part. As a continental it was fine. High chairs were very dirty though, the staff should clean them after each use.

These units have been in existence for a long time and have been renovated over the years. There are still some details requiring attention like bathroom door not latching properly.

We had a wonderful stay, but the walls are very thin and we could hear our neighbours arguing, and must of got locked out of there room at 5am and was pounding on the door.. so we didn’t get much sleep..

Was pretty disappointed we had to call 4 times and visit front desk to get remote working for our hotel room. Even at the end, no body came to fix the issue.
Maintenance worker came to the room and verified the remote was broken and said he would be right back with a new one for us, but never returned. Front desk was upset and tried locating him, but we explained we were checking out soon anyways so not worth trying to find them, as we just did 5 days with no tv, what’s another two hours.

The front desk was extremely helpful and courteous upon check in. However, the beds were not made, nor were dirty towells on the floor replaced. The trash cans were not emptied. At the prices paid, i had hoped that i would for once not have to make our bed. I didnt care about clean sheets, but really. For a nice hotel it is lacking. It would have been nice to know that you have to request housekeeping to clean your sink or do anything else. Stayed 2 nights.not again.

Booked a deluxe single room. Room we originally were given had a number of tiles in the floor that were lifting and could cause an injury. Not what was in the pictures online at all. When we spoke to front desk about the concern they moved us right away. Very friendly and helpful staff. Second room was as expected. Very large and clean. Free wifi, but no secure network option.

Great one night stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant on property served good meals. Parking is ample and location is convenient. Rooms were large with great amenities. I would stay here again.
