Had a fantastic 3-day stay. The property was super clean and exactly like the photos. Our favorite part was the beautiful oceanside walking path right across the street that you can take all the way into downtown Santa Barbara. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, clean, pristinely manicured private back yard with lush California plantings. Walking distance to Shoreline drive, it's parks, and the ocean. Convenient to stores and everything on the Mesa. Comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen. Perfect!

This is the second time we have rented Little palm cottage. We had another great stay. If we are in Santa Barbara this is our spot to stay. Clean, great location and nice quiet street.

My family of 4 totally loved our stay in this very well appointed cozy cottage. Just a block off shoreline drive so cars aren't passing by day and night, yet close enough to the beach and state street to enjoy what SB has to offer. Such a nice little find in SB.

We had a wonderful time in Santa Barbara. We are a very active family of 4 and walked cycled or Skateboarded everywhere we went. The house is neat and clean will all the facilities you could need. I would recommend bring your bike or asking to borrow the cruisers, its only a short ride into the main part of Santa Barbara.

What more can we say? This little cottage exudes perfection! The location is ideal (in a quiet neighborhood) - right around the corner is Shoreline park / the ocean and you're close enough to walk to the harbor and into town. Awesome market (Lazy Acres) is right up the road as is one of the best restaurants (in our opinion) - Mesa Verde. The house itself is super light, clean, comfortable and the French doors off the kitchen welcome you into the tropical landscaped, very private backyard. The owners make your stay very welcome. We will definitely be back!

Little Palm Cottage was perfect for our Santa Barbara visit. There were four of us, 3 adults, and 1 child. The living room/kitchen space is comfortable and decorated very attractively. Everything is in excellent condition. The kitchen is very well equipped with nice quality items. Though there is only one bathroom, we never felt it was a problem. We plan to rent again as soon as we can return to SB.

I booked the little palm cottage for an extended stay with my wife and 4 year old son this past January/February. It was everything we expected and more. The house is extremely clean and well kept with a very nice, private outdoor space. The location is super convenient to down town and being right off shoreline drive there is a very nice park with a playground and beach only steps away. I hope to stay there again next winter.

We had the most wonderful summer vacation staying at Little Palm Cottage. The home is updated, sweet, welcoming and turnkey. The backyard is beautiful with a great deck. We walked to the beach nearly every day, our kids loved playing at the nearby park, and we were close to all of the destinations we wanted to see in Santa Barbara. The owner is easy to work with and our stay was so relaxing. We will definitely plan another trip back.

Little Palm Cottage surpassed our expectations. It was bright and airy, and had a private backyard with a nice deck for family meals. The house was perfectly clean, had all the amenities, and was very comfortable. It is just a very short walk to Shoreline Park and the stairs down to its incredible beach, and a short drive to either downtown or the shops and restaurants in the Mesa. Truly a gem.

Such a convenient location, walking distance to the beach, a quiet neighborhood. Backyard was secluded with a nice deck for gathering/eating outside. Very clean and updated. Just right for our small group. I would rent this again!

My wife and I rented Little Palm Cottage for a week while exploring Santa Barbara. We loved how clean, pretty and comfortable it was. Light and bright with big windows and glass doors on two sides. It's small but feels very spacious. Comfortable furniture. A real kitchen that is well stocked with everything you need for cooking and dishes. We made breakfast every morning and ate on the back deck under the umbrella table, enjoying the tropical plants and hummingbirds. The place seems to have been renovated recently and they did a top-notch job... it has the charm of an older home but feels almost new. Perfectly clean inside and out. The neighborhood is quiet (except for the next-door neighbor's wind chimes...grrr) and feels very safe. Easy five-minute walk to the park that overlooks the ocean, and a 15-minute walk on the park pathway down to the wharf area. Highly recommended. Highly recommended.

Our first visit to the Santa Barbara area. This home is tastefully decorated with just the right beach accents. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to cook dinner. The outdoor area is spacious and has two different gathering areas. This quiet neighborhood is a 1 minute walk to the ocean. There is access to the beach either going north or south--just follow the path and take a set of steps. Perfect for checking out the tide pools in the morning. The Happy Farmer grocery is an easy walk--and is a fabulous place for organic groceries, smoothies, soaps.Our deposit was fully returned to us--and beat us home! Bring your bikes!

Just finished our third visit to Little Palm, and loved it. Owners have set it up perfectly for a rental, and its proximity to the beach and park are perfect for families with kids. Already looking forward to our next visit.

We LOVE this cottage. I've stayed here twice-once with my family (myself, husband, and two small children) and most recently for a ladies weekend getaway. The home is serene. It has wonderful indoor/outdoor living and gives you sense of relaxation as soon as you enter the door. We love the location. The playground and beach are right across the street. You can walk to the Marina in less than a mile down the path along the beach and watch all the sailboats along the way. The owners are very easy to work with and provide all the comforts of home.

We truly enjoyed our recent stay at Little Palm. The home is well appointed, clean and comfortable. I think my favorite part was the sizable back deck and lush, private back yard. What a treat to start each day having my coffee outside! The location was ideal, with the Shoreline Park just around the corner for my morning run, my husband's bike ride to check the surf, and our boys' playtime at the playground. Everything Santa Barbara has to offer is within reach. Lesley was a pleasure to rent from, and we would stay at Little Palm again in a heartbeat.

I stayed at Little Palm Cottage in late Sept 2014 (2 adults). This was our first time in Santa Barbara. Location: Little Palm Cottage is in a great location - and a close drive to State Street & other sights. The best part is the proximity to the beach at Shoreline Park. We walked on the beach mornings & evenings for sunset each night. This is a quiet neighborhood beach with locals. The beach walks added so much to the enjoyment of the vacation. Home: Little Palm Cottage is a beautiful home & very well taken care of. The kitchen, bathroom, & home are well stocked with essentials. The photos shown are accurate. The backyard is full of green trees & plants, and a great place to enjoy the outside & eat your meals. The backyard is also private since no other homes look into the yard. Little Palm Cottage feels like a home away from home, & very comfortable. Owner: The home owner is very prompt in responding, professional and pleasant. There were no issues. I would love to vacation in Santa Barbara again. When I do... I hope Little Palm Cottage is available. I loved this home & highly recommend!

This was our second time staying at the Little Palm Cottage with our two young daughters. It is really beyond perfect for our family. The proximity to Shore Line Park, the fenced in back yard, washer/dryer, and kitchen that is fully equipped makes this a wonderful home away from home for our extended stays in Santa Barbara. The owner is very responsive and immediately replies with any questions. The home is kept up very well inside and out. I hope we are lucky enough to return to Santa Barbara and stay at the Little Palm Cottage again.
