Flat was beautifuly decorated and spotlessly clean. Host amazing providing everything you need for a home from home experience.

We should of stayed longer. Booked last min so could only get a night and not long enough.

From the moment we entered the whole flat felt incredibly homely. Attention to detail was outstanding, from the arrival notes to some other unexpected extras!

It had better light switches than our own home - seriously there was nothing not to like.

I think that has to be one of the best places I've ever stayed. Brilliant welcome from the off with lots of guidance for.our trip around Scotland before we'd even arrived! As soon as we walked in the door we instantly felt at home with a personalised welcome pack, plenty of supplies so you could immediately relax and a spacious and lovingly decorated apartment. Our little dog also found a bed waiting for her, bowls and food available.too. You're a minutes walk away from the prom for walkies too. Broughty Ferry has plenty of good places to eat and easy access to Dundee by bus or train. It'd be an ideal base to visit local attractions. My only real regret is I didn't book for longer, could happily have stayed for a few days! Thank you so much for the welcome!

The perfect overnight stay. Very close to the water and nice pubs and restaurants a few mins walk away. Easily the most dog friendly place we’ve stayed! Beautifully decorated and incredibly welcoming. The owner had thought of everything we could possibly need and more! Gifts for me and the dog were so thoughtful and greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend A+++

Location perfect central but quiet. Beautifully decorated and comfortable apartment. Honesty box provisions brilliant. Loads big soft towels like a home from home . Great communication from host and good opportunity to purchase lovely wee souvenirs dotted about the apartment.

A fabulous flat in the heart of Broughty Ferry, and absolutely beautifully decorated. Had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay, plus some very thoughtful extra touches - fridge stocked with milk, bacon and orange juice. Such a perfect location for a wee seaside village break. Communication with Ilona was great throughout, and I wouldn't hesitate recommending a stay at The Fuzzy Duck. Broughty Ferry may well be my new favourite town. Thanks Ilona, we will definitely be looking to get back at some point.

Wonderful hidden gem, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully put together to enable travellers feel welcome and at home. The owner was remarkable with things left for us, and the dog, on arrival and communicated warmly and promptly. I would recommend this place for anyone as somewhere to definitely stay!

Everything was fantastic... i guess if I had to really nit pick... the parking wasn't guaranteed outside the property, but we managed to park down the street it was located on at various times of day, so not an issue really. It certainly wouldn't put me off from booking and staying here again.

Ilona the host had left a lovely selection of breakfast items and fridge goods, which was not expected. She also left a lovely gift linked to the property. The location was excellent, very close to the estuary.

Bed was very comfortable, but bigger would have been better! We couldn't work the oven, but I'm sure that was our fault!

This was by far the most welcoming accommodation we have ever stayed in. The host had thought of everything from treats, bed and bowls for our dog to toiletries in the bathroom. Also great idea of leaving things for breakfast if you needed, to be paid for by donation. And finally, birthday treats left for me. The flat is in a great location in a quiet street and near pubs, shops and restaurants. We shall definitely be back.

The attention to detail was excellent! Ilona provided an amazing array of provisions which made for a wonderful stay. There were even lovely wee treats for our dog!

Great location and immaculately clean. Comfy bed. Thoughtful provisions and information provided. Had a problem with TV but owners quick to sort. Wifi! Booking.com says ‘no internet’ but there is.

Panicked when door seemed locked when I unlocked it. It’s double locked! Steps up to flat are uneven: take care. More places in bathroom for damp towels. All minor issues. Would have preferred joining instructions earlier.

Gorgeous little apartment in a lovely location. Great communication from host. There was everything and more you could possibly need. The apartment was spotless and the bed was really comfortable. I would definitely recommend.
