No air conditioning in the main living area not enough pressure in the showers

The property was stunning and we had the best time in the pool, watching the sunsets, walking around the local area and overlooking the countryside. The property was easy to find and we had no trouble with Grab drivers finding the villa. It was only a short ride into Ubud. There are no building works anymore, so it was very peaceful. We thought the bedrooms and bathrooms were beautiful. I would definitely recommend and return again.

Beautiful villa.

The villa itself is beautiful and well-maintained, but unfortunately, the customer service and villa management are extremely disappointing. The customer support is unresponsive and inconsistent, with different agents answering (not always even answering) each message, making it necessary to repeat questions and information. There is no flexibility and no willingness to help. While one agent named Puspita was professional and helpful, the overall customer service experience is unprofessional and disrespectful. When I expressed my disappointment with the support, I was told that they are short on staff and if I don’t like something, I can cancel villa. Really? You respond like that to the customer who booked the villa for 10 nights in total and pays almost 400 € per night? … The service in the villa is also very poor, sometimes disrespectful and not wanting to help and a lack of information on basic amenities such as breakfast and other services. The breakfast provided by the villa's 5-star chef was very disappointing, with the same simple fried rice and egg served to almost all guests, regardless of the different options ordered from their fancy menu. The villa management also refused to provide more than one key from the front door for a group of seven people staying in four independent bedrooms. Overall, the villa itself is lovely, but the customer service and management provided by Bali Super Host leave much to be desired. It is unfortunate that the unprofessional attitude of the staff detracts from what could have been a wonderful experience. In my opinion, if the villa owner were aware of the unprofessionalism exhibited by the agency in charge of managing the property, they would feel extremely let down.
