Incredible luxury vacation home. We had 2 adults and 4 teenagers and this was the perfect home for a family vacation. Enough beds for each teenager and space to hang out in. The pool area was so comfortable with a great bbq, some water toys and a shaded area for relaxing. The inside was also spectacular. Clean, spotless, incredibly functional kitchen with everything needed to cook. The beds were so comfortable and we definitely didn’t want to leave. The management running maintained great communication and checked in with us frequently to ensure our stay was perfect. Very close to the beach and restaurants, the location was perfect. Only reco is to have some hooks installed in the bathrooms so there is a spot to hang up towels. I would recommend this home to anyone!!!

We spent two weeks as a family with small children at Casa Aquabella and can't sat enough good things about our stay! The location of the property, the home itself and the property manager were all top notch! We're looking forward to our stay again next year!

What a beautiful home Everything is there that you need it's beautifully decorated and pristine condition. If I had one little comment it would be that upstairs only has 1 bathroom between 3 bedrooms but it still wouldn't put me off staying there again it's amazing. The location is brilliant as well. By far the best place I have ever stayed in in Lauderdale by the sea Hopefully will stay again soon

We've rented many vacation homes & this was by far the best ever. Beautiful home, modern, spacious, well appointed, in a perfect location with beach, restaurant & Las Olas access. The pool & spa were great. The By The Sea Vacation Villas team was very proactive to ensure that our expectations were exceeded & were very responsive when we had issues with the spa. Would definitely rent this house again. Thank you for enabling us to make family vacation memories.

Amazing house, great service, and an incredible location. We stayed there for about a week and loved every minute of it. The beach is less than a 10 min walk away and very accessible. The house was clean and had everything you needed.

Had an amazing experience at this property!!! Right there on the beach. In walking distance to a ton of things. Anytime we needed anything the property manager was there for any of our needs. Will highly recommend!!

This was the best stay from the House and Furnishings to the Ammenities, Setup of the House and Hosts!! I can't say enough about this. We will definitey come back.
Location, Location, Location!! Absolutely the BEST!!
More about the hosts! The hosts stayed in contact the whole time and constantly asked how they could make our stay better. We didn't need much but nice to know they were always there. They had an instruction book on how to work everything!
Our experience was absolutely perfect and we will be back!

If I could add more stars I sure would! From the location to the villa, I don't know where to start! First we walked into a beautiful vacation villa and blown away from the opening door, the set up of the villa is meant for multiple families to enjoy their privacy and to have corner of your mini property with in the house! Everyone felt like we lived in different room!
The spa, pool and outside yard is a mini heavenly Florida imagination that you picture when you picture Florida with your privacy twist on it! Control the spa and pool via ipad so you don't need to look for gauges or call a professional.Relax when you want, swim when you want, grill when you want and tan when you want! Its perfect for young and adults!
I would like to thank Casa Aquabella for a mesmerizing and unforgettable vacation! We will definitely be seeing you again and you only! You have represented Fort Lauderdale on the highest level! This is our 6th Florida city visit 6th vacation across Florida and you are out number 1!

I can't say enough great things about this property!
The property was impeccably clean and equipped with everything we needed to feel at home and enjoy our vacation stay! The management service was very responsive and informative when needed.
The location is perfect! We were able to walk to restaurants, shops or an ice cream in the downtown area, walk to Publix for groceries or fill up the cart and walk to spend the day at the beach! We really did not need to drive our car once we arrived at Casa Aquabella!
The pool/hot tub was a highlight for our stay!
The management company contacted me when they found my jewelry box after I left and arranged my shipping preference for the safe return!

The location was perfect. We could walk to the beach and to all the local restaurants. I absolutely love the area. First time we rented a place on the Atlantic side. My only complaint is they try to upsell you once you rent the place. You pay that kind of fee for a weeks rental, I think they can take care of the heated pool.

We had the best time staying at Casa Aquabella! The house is stunning inside and out, clean, nicely decorated and the location is perfect in a nice neighborhood. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and center area with all of the restaurants and shops. The furniture and beds were comfortable and it truly made us feel at home for the week we stayed. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an extravagant stay in LBS, no need to look anywhere further. Already looking forward to our next stay!

We stayed for a week with family and friends and everything was perfect! We couldn’t find anything to complain on and the house was well equipped and had everything we needed. Very nice and clean when we arrived. Can totally recommend this to anyone looking for a house in a nice and quiet neighborhood close to the beach and town. Great service and information before arrival and departure.
