Breakfast not as good as Hampton Inn’s. Coffee area was separate from the breakfast food area. Paying for parking is ridiculous! Won’t stay at a hotel that charges for parking if not not in a city location!

I hated this hotel. It is supposed to be new, well OKAY but it didn't suit me. The so-called kitchen has NO table or chairs. It has a mirror on the wall that should have been in the bedroom. The living room has furniture but NOT comfortable. I had to ask for another lamp for the bedroom which was DARK. There was no view from the window in the bedroom it was covered by grates for the HVAC units below. There was only ONE phone and it was in the bedroom and didn't work. Finally, someone came and fixed it. The breakfast was NOT GOOD and they failed to tell us that it closed at 9 AM. The Bar was terrible and the person behind the bar was not very nice. This is a modern hotel with NO CLASS and NO COMFORT either.

I didn't like anything about this hotel except its location.

Located next to several restaurants within walking distance. Hotel was very clean and rooms were big.

The room was modern, comfortable and clean. The front desk staff was excellent!! The lobby and breakfast area were very spacious.

When we checked in and again as we were leaving there were no luggage carts available. While the breakfast area was spacious and had a good selection many of the items were running out and the kitchen staff was not making an effort to refill them.

Excellente surprise, avec cet hôtel tout neuf ou presque, très propre, doté d'une climatisation non-bruyante (à la différence de la quasi-totalité du parc hôtelier américain dans cette gamme), d'une isolation acoustique très performante, et idéalement situé pour les visiteurs du Kennedy Space Center, à quelques minutes en voiture de Cap Canaveral. Notre chambre familiale était grande et confortable. Nous y avons dormi une nuit, mon épouse, moi, notre fille de 10 ans et notre fils de 5 ans. Quant au petit-déjeuner buffet (inclus dans le prix de la chambre), il est de bonne qualité pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Le service est attentif et la nourriture est réapprovisionnée en temps réel. A notre arrivée la veille en fin d'après-midi, une collation gratuite (une sorte de ragoût avec de la sauce brune) était offerte. Nous n'en avons pas profité car nous sommes allés dîner dans un bar-restaurant de poissons situé à cinq minutes en voiture. Bref, le rapport qualité/prix est excellent. Je ne peux que recommander cet hôtel très pratique.

I didn’t like the air not working properly inside our rooms. It’s too hot outside for the air to not be super cold. Please especially in Florida fix this issue.

The hotel was up to date and very clean. The room was larger than expected and location was great!

There could be more staff working breakfast as people had to wait many times because food ran out and staff were working to replenish.

Very clean, close to the port for our family cruise

The breakfast was awesome. The room was better than a 4 star at Las Vegas I stayed at. I admit I am hard to please, and I have not 1 complaint about this hotel. Parking was superior. Everything worked as it should. Honestly, it was a great value and I would definitely stay again. I wish it was on the beach, but that would drive the prices up. Check in is 4 pm. I used the app to check in 24 hours in advance like was suggested and my room was ready by 7 am. Also the room key was on the app. And plenty of room. How much better does it get.

One negative comment. The sofa bed is not a bed. You could use it as such but Marriott could have done better on that.

Everything! We didn't want to leave. Definately will be back! We come down quite often to visit family and we finally found the best place to stay!

No dislikes. WE LOVED EVERYTHING!
