Was surprised by how quiet this location near the interstate, shopping centers, and other businesses was. Quick to get right where you need to be but a secluded oasis with everything you could wish for. Staff at reception, breakfast, and in front of the building were extremely courteous, too.

Size of room.

Bed completely made with man-made fabrics. Very sweaty and uncomfortable. I had no sleep. Also AC in bedroom extremely noisy and continuously cycling on and off all night.

Room was very spacious. Shower was walk in, and bathroom size good. Tea and coffee making and a large fridge.

Breakfast. It was terrible. Some fruit would be nice. Yogurts could also be improved. Eggs in the form of an omlette were bad.

The location was fine. We wanted a nice hotel en route to Jupiter and spring training baseball.

We looked specifically for a hotel with an INDOOR POOL! There is no indoor pool at this hotel. Had we known this, we would have stayed at a hotel in Jupiter. Booking.com should remove mention of the indoor pool!!!

The place is new and very clean. It is also driving distance to restaurants and shopping. Great amenities on site and the rooms are quite spacious.

I've asked the cleaning staff to clean our rooms on three separate occasions and they never came. We lasted 5 nights without the room being refreshed or the bathrooms cleaned. We did not even get fresh towels we asked for at the front desk. Not sure the communication regarding room cleaning was properly encoded and decoded.

The overall cleanliness to the setup of the room. The staff was very friendly and in place to be found.

The parking location theres not many spots available due to the other hotels, but I figure same as any hotel.

Hotel is new and very clean. Lobby is comfortable and bright. Staff is very friendly and seem to genuinely want to help.

1. Had to sign up for Hilton Honors to get wifi in the room. This is absurd, given the price per night for this hotel. And after I signed up, the system wouldn't log me on anyway. Couldn't get any work done. 2. Linens are 100% polyester. At over $200/night, that is nothing short of a crime. Why aren't the linens 100% high quality cotton? Could not sleep on the hot, slippery polyester sheets. Inexcusable.

Newly built and close proximity to shops and food. We checked in late so we didn’t get to enjoy the facilities amenities but the room was lovely.
