This was a great place to getaway and I would definitely recommend and visit again!
The only recommendation I would make is to replace the master sinks and faucets. There’s no water pressure due to the design and then it’s hard to keep the bowl clean.

As a first timer vrbo, I could not say enough great things.
Check in was super informative and easy. We had all the information we needed in advance.
The location was perfect and the views were phenomenal!! Fully stocked with towels and beach items that we were thankful to have. Short walk to the beach/great access, which was probably one of the most beautiful beaches I've been on. Pool had full sun. Luggage carts to haul everything. It was really a great spot and were so thankful we got the opportunity to stay here! Would def come back and reccomend to anyone visiting saint augustine.

I stayed here with my husband and our three kids. We were beyond impressed with the cleanliness, organization, and amenities. We were very pleasantly surprised with the beach towels, wagon for transporting the beach umbrella and beach chairs. The kitchen was stocked with so many dishes for cooking and other nice supplies such as k-cups. The showers also had shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel which was much appreciated! This unit had a really nice view of the ocean and was a great walk from the unit to the beach. Also very quiet!
We really loved our stay and would definitely go back in a heartbeat!

This rental is one of the best I have been in. It really shows when the owners believe in quality over quantity. It’s a full guest experience and full vacation mode. Every amenity you could need from the kitchen to beach accessories is available to use while visiting. It is decorated beautifully with many windows to see the beach from the living room and balcony. Highly recommend!!

We enjoyed our stay and plan to be back. The location was perfect. Our hosts were nice and attentive to our needs. The rooms were clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The view from the balcony was fantastic!

This is a lovely condo on a beautiful beach. So tastefully decorated, pristine clean, with very comfortable beds. So many nice amenities included, the owners have thought of everything. We hope to return to St. Augustine for a longer stay and won’t hesitate to book this property again!

The property was perfect for our needs! Brendan & Jessica pay attention to all of the details. The beds & bedding were extremely comfortable and everything we could have needed was there. Loved that they even had some games for us to play the one night we were not out site seeing. Location with the sound of the ocean is a perfect way to relax and close to anything we wanted to do! Thank you for a great place to unwind.

The condo is as described, but actually much better.
The location, quietness, beach access, we wanted for nothing. We had arrived there from a 5 day stay in Key West, but wished we would have spent more time at this location.

Brendan and Jessica's property was wonderful - truly an "Oasis". It was extremely clean, extremely well appointed, and located on an amazing beach. The location was also wonderful for exploring the St Augustine area. We even ventured to Universal Studios for an easy day trip. Brendan was extremely responsive to any inquiries, as well as changes to our reservation.
This truly was one of the nicest rental properties we have stayed at. Thank you, Brendan and Jessica for an excellent getaway!

This was an exceptional stay. We selected the property because we were traveling further down the coast and needed to break up our drive. However, we will be rebooking this property and staying longer in the near future. This condo is warmly appointed with many amenities and the owners were awesome. I highly recommend a stay at this location.

This is a perfect location on the beach. You are close to everything and the condo is is very nice. Sunrise and sunset views are perfect.

This property had everything we needed to make us feel at home. The bed was really comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked. Our oldest son really enjoyed going to the beach and I enjoyed the morning coffee looking at the view. My last day there I was able to see dolphins from the balcony. We will definitely be back.

We took our family to Saint Augustine to explore the area and visit some potential colleges for our sons. The condo was amazing. It was very clean and had literally everything we needed. It was super close to the beach as well. We would definitely go back and highly recommend it.

Amazing condo in a great location! This well-equipped condo had pretty much everything we needed - the kitchen was well stocked, tons of beach gear, and plenty of games for the kids.

I have been coming to stay at these condos for 20+ years, and this unit was by far the nicest and most well provided we've stayed in! This was the first time in several years I was able to make it down, and I can't imagine a better stay. The view was wonderful, the proximity to beach and downtown St. Augustine for excursions makes it the perfect location. The beach and pool supplies are everything we could have hoped for, and the books and games kept the kids entertained. The kitchen was well appointed and the whole unit felt like home! My son said it best when he asked if we could stay there forever!

The big windows & strategically placed mirrors give the living room a great view of the beach entrance. We appreciated having beach gear available to use since we'd traveled by plane & didn’t have our own beach items. The host was kind to communicate with us prior to our arrival about work being done on the building. The beach was well kept & we had direct access from the building. Checking in was a little confusing. We weren't sure if we needed a parking pass or not so we went to the front office. I think we would have been fine without but the office worker seemed frustrated with bnb rentals not following their protocols. Overall, we liked the location & the rental. We'd stay here again.

We had a great stay at Brendan’s place. We had everything we needed and then some. He was very quick to respond to all of our questions. Great view of the ocean and very close ride to downtown St. Augustine. Our ONLY issue was two of the beds sheets weren’t changed before we came and there was sand in them. But otherwise, the place was spotless. We would definitely stay again!

We took a girl’s trip with my daughters and friends for a much needed Spring Break and this property was perfect. The layout was super functional for us, the location was great and the home was so thoughtfully stocked and furnished. From beach accessories to kitchen supplies, every need was supplied before we could think to ask.
We did have a small leak with the kitchen sink but property management responded immediately and resolved the issue right away. And bonus, we learned about a surf school from the gentleman that repaired the sink and all of the kids were able to take lessons before our week ended!

This spacious condo has been newly decorated and is very relaxing. Both the kitchen and bathrooms are gorgeous and have all the things you need. The unit is spotlessly clean, and the beds are like sleeping on a big puffy cloud!!
Great location. You have your choice of walking down to the beach or just staying poolside. Or you could drive out to the supermarket in under 1 minute.

Wonderful stay at Anastasia Island for our annual winter holiday. Close to the beach, restaurants and daily Mass at St. Anastasia or the La Leche National Shrine. Saint Augustine history is amazing and worthwhile to explore. Brendan is a gracious and responsive host. The rental exceeded our expectations. Thanks!

This place is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture from sofas to beds. The kitchen is well equipped and so is the guest room closet with everything you’ll need for the pool, beach or game night!

The condo was well appointed and located with great view of the ocean. Close to the pool and parking it was well stocked and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the unit and property nice and quiet which made for a very relaxing stay. Location is great a short drive from restaurants in St. Augustine beach and not far from St. Augustine and all it's attractions. Overall, a great vacation and chance to recharge. We would highly recomend this property.

This property was everything and much more. My wife and I decided to sneak away to the beach for the Thanksgiving Holiday and could not have been more pleased with Brendan’s lovely condo. This condo was extremely clean and had absolutely everything you needed. It has been beautifully renovated and has great ocean views. We prefer to stay in VRBO’s and I can assure you, this is one that we will definitely be returning to….⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️‘s and more. Thank you again Brendan for sharing your remarkable home.

Very nice. Great instructions for users posted in convenient location. Kitchen is well equipped. Good communication with property manager. I have two minor suggestions. The window treatment is difficult to reach unless you are very tall or climb on a chair. Master needs a small area for hang up clothing.

Place was gorgeous! Great views of the beach from the living room, bedroom, and balcony. Easy access to the beach. All the needed amenities were provided - towels, soap,shampoo - even a small welcome gift! Convenient touches like multiple easy access outlets on the night stand. Would highly recommend.

Great location, spotless, extremely comfortable bedding. Up to date tv’s and fast internet. Couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing stay. Condo complex is very calm and quiet. We will be returning and definitely recommend!!
