The cruise is luxurious, with perfect rooms, excellent food and fun excursions. The service provided by Cici was exceptional, as she was helpful, warm and attentive. All staff were lovely and helped make our honeymoon special, with Elite of the Seas going above and beyond to be inclusive and welcoming.

The amount of service quality was amazing and we felt right at home from the beginning mainly thanks to our butler Antony.

Everything was fantastic, especially the service from our assistant Antony which was impecable. He was always on hand to help us with everything that was needed and more. The boat itself is very modern and feels spacious. The food was amazing and the activities such as kayaking and squid fishing were very well organized. 100% recommended!

The staff on board the Elite of the Seas were not only friendly but also incredibly fun and engaging. Their warm and welcoming nature made me feel right at home, and their attentiveness ensured that every moment of my trip was filled with joy and excitement. It was evident that they truly cared about creating a memorable experience for each and every guest. The boat itself was a sight to behold – big, clean, and equipped with all the luxurious facilities one could ask for. It was exactly as depicted in the photos, leaving no room for disappointment. The attention to detail in the design and upkeep of the ship was truly commendable. One aspect that truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional food. The culinary delights served on board were nothing short of extraordinary. The variety and quality of the meals provided were beyond compare, and there was always an abundance of delicious options to choose from. The only minor drawback I noticed was that the drinks at times seemed a bit expensive. However, this did not detract from the overall wonderful experience. I would like to take a moment to express my gratitude towards Rachel, the supervisor and our cabin manager. She was an absolute delight to have on board. Rachel's friendly and engaging nature made her feel like a friend rather than just staff. She went above and beyond to cater to our every need, ensuring that we had an unforgettable time throughout our stay. I am already eagerly planning my next voyage on the Elite of the Seas, and this time, I intend to bring along my family and friends to share in this remarkable experience.

The Wifi. It was a hit and miss and I can understand that it is hard to get a connection out at sea. However, I am sure they can find a way to better improve this.

This cruise is excellent and there is no much more to wish for. A special thanks goes to our personal butler/waiter Brian which served us for our 3 day stay. He was the kindest and most professional staff we had experienced in a long time. In general all the staff were great and at this leve this makes all the difference.

Look no further, this is the best yacht experience on the Halong Bay! From the food, to the service, to the accommodations everything was top tier. Alex was my butler and went above and beyond to assure my stay was perfect. Alex was truly a professional and down-to-earth, friendly guy. I have no complaints about the entire experience.

This was the best trip of my life! Obviously Ha Long Bay is going to be beautiful but Elite of the Seas took everything to the next level. The room was comfortable and super luxurious and the pool was unreal, nothing compares! We had Layla service throughout our stay, she was so kind and took amazing care of us. World class service! The activities were super fun too, Harry our guide shared so much knowledge about the area. This was worth every penny, I was so sad to leave!

This was our first cruise and it was awesome. Harry and Alex made the experience even better with their professionalism and kind help. The room was spacious and very clean. The food and drink were top notch and especially their breakfast pho was really good. We enjoyed relaxing at the top deck with cocktail and taking many photos. My wife was able to catch a small squid during the fishing activity :-) Overall this was a fantastic and memorable tour and we hope to come back.

In 2023 it's best what you can get on Ha Long Bay

Internet is 1 out of 10. Really bad.

The ship is amazing, no debate there. We started in a basic room which was more than adequate but we’re upgraded for our second night which was a real treat. The staff including our butler, Merlin, were incredibly attentive: potentially a little too attentive at times but this may be due (which we later found out through another guest) that they are incentivised through how many reviews they get. Food all good quality, cocktails excellent, if a little pricey.

Lack of service on the sun deck…we had to go downstairs to the bar if we wanted a drink. Meal times are very strange…breakfast very early and then brunch before 11, and then dinner at 7. I would say the first lunch and dinners were are little repetitive…good quality but not very Vietnamese, which given we are in the country was a little strange. My biggest issue is that from the moment we got to breakfast until getting back to our hotel we were asked for feedback (either through a written card or booking.com) on 5 separate occasions, and asked to give a 10 star rating. The boat and the staff do the hard work, it is really off putting being harassed for feedback.

Poor Wifi

Booking was easy and the shuttle turned up on time. The staff on the boat were awesome! In particular, the Guest Services person, Nar, was incredibly kind and patient, and his great enthusiasm also made me enjoy the experience more. Also my butler/attendant, Hanna, was absolutely wonderful. She put so much attention to detail, and made suggestions and always wanted to elevate my dining experience and make sure I was comfortable. She was another highlight of the staff, but all the staff was really helpful and friendly. The location is jaw dropping. The boat is brand new and very stylish and comfortable, also very clean and lots of spaces to enjoy on the boat. When I got back to my hotel in Hanoi another representative was there to present me with a memento and ensure that my trip had been pleasant. This is above and beyond service! Overall a very nice trip and experience that I can recommend!

I had a couple of issues. The first, my luggage was taken by another guest (not sure why they thought it was theirs as it was outside my room) but the staff was very quick to track it down and it was apparently a mistake and everything was in tact. One suggestion would be to place luggage INSIDE the room to avoid this occurring. The other issues were that the toilet in the bathroom was leaking (as it also is a Japanese style). Only the clean water portion but it was a mess of water on my floor. Then the next day I took a bath in the big tub and the water from that leaked all over the floor when draining the tub. Both times the maintenance staff fixed the problem and cleaned it up very quickly but it was inconvenient and I would have expected the quality to be better given how new the boat is. Also I found the meal times in the morning too close together. Perhaps would be considered to have options for meal times. One other comment the top deck they didn't put the cushions on the chairs but it was very rainy so perhaps that is why. The boat attracts many couples and families so that was not as tranquil for me (especially loud kids). Another suggestion to put yoga class in the morning.
