Cabin itself was nice, stairs very narrow and difficult to use. Kitchen area was delightful. Charcoal Grill was not very clean, gas grill useless. WiFi worked fine, no cable, had to log into sites to get anything to watch. Tried to Contact Host to learn more about TV, no response at all. Host fees are very high from what I can see compared to others. Notes 2 full beds in 2nd bedroom, but unless you read fine print, you will not know they are bunk beds until arrival. In and out of the cabin is very easy, porch overlooking the lake is refreshing. Top of fridge is very small, but freezer good size. Main bedroom bed leaves much to be desired and has a metal piece sticking out in the middle that I never understood and caught several times. Also the TV in this room was worthless, could not get it to load or anything to watch. Again a question for the Host that never responded. If you are going there to relax and get away, it works. Quite a ways from any stores or shopping in necessary...

Overall the cabin was a nice get away and our dogs enjoyed the backyard/front porch in a quiet area. The property contact was not helpful when asked questions and seemed unfamiliar with the property. Beds and linens were clean and comfortable. Could use a little more attention cleaning wise as there were dirty dishes and the tub wasn’t super clean.

The pictures on the VRBO website made the house appear to be larger than it actually was. It did not appear that anyone had cleaned the house prior to our arrival. I could not get a hold of the owner of the house as their number has been disconnected. The check in process was easy. The location was, great and so is the view. I am in a wheelchair and was unable to access the upper level of the home nor can I get in the bathroom that in the photos appeared much larger . I suggest that they get a different cleaning service, if there is one.

We we not at all pleased with our stay. Every single thing came up short. I will never use vrbo again.

My family and our dogs loved this house and the location. If you’re looking for something quiet, cozy, and private then this place is perfect. It’s about 30-40 minutes to Osage beach area and the same to bridal cave. The dogs loved laying out on the enclosed porch, there was a deer in the yard when we pulled up, watched an eagle fly in and land on a branch to eat his catch, and filled up the hummingbird feeders with sugar water so we could enjoy watching them! The only negative was that I couldn’t get the oven to work.

Very happy with the home. Looked exactly as pictured. Very clean, well stocked, homey and comfortable. Only thing I did not like was that the queen/full bed rolled and had no headboard, would definitely correct that. Otherwise, very happy with our trip, VRBO and Evolve as a whole!

This cabin was everything we hoped for. Exactly like the photos! You never know! It was very clean and well maintained. Kudos to Tia Crowe! She takes very good care of it!
It sits nestled in the trees and has a gorgeous view of the lake! We even saw some wildlife!
There were several board games available and DVDs!
Upstairs has a clawfoot tub in a cute lil bathroom! Downstairs is a shower.
All the beds and laundry are downstairs.
Most everything you need is already there!
I'm so glad I chose this cabin!
It was worth it in every aspect!
We hope to be back again soon!

This property is amazing! Its tucked back from the road and no houses on either side. It was super clean and the beds were comfy! We got in with the code very easily. We had no trouble of any kind during our stay! It was equipped with everything we needed to include all types of games and movies and a telescope to view the lake or stars! The only suggestion I could make is that it had 2 showers instead of one and a bathtub. I love a tub no doubt but with it sleeping up to 8 people, another shower would have wonderful! BUT, it was still a wonderful place to stay! ❤️Everything was awesome! We'd love to stay there again!

My family and I were looking for a quiet getaway by the lake and this property delivered. Great location on the lake, quiet and friendly neighborhood, and excellent views. There isn’t a boat dock but there is a boat ramp that can be used to enter and exit the water safely. We swam right off the boat ramp in the no-wake zone every day. There isn’t much close by, but there are several restaurants, a Dollar General, country store, and grocery store within a 30 minute drive. The driveway and hills down to the lake can be a little tedious but you get used to the hills pretty quickly. The property was large and the house was clean. They also have all of the appliances, kitchen utensils, spices, and toiletries you need for your stay. We really enjoyed our stay.

overall i was very pleased with this stay, i am confused to the point of the management company as they only answered every question with an i dont know and call the owner but every number and email listed went to them, its not property or owners fault but id suggest new management company

The cabin was lovely and fully stocked, we saw several deer on or near the property. Very secluded and peaceful location.
