Large downstairs space

Property is very well designed with large spaces with ideal common spaces as it can bee seen on the pictures. Air conditioning, wifi, television with youtube, netflix etc. work well. Wifi has enough signal on the terrace also. I loved working there in the early morning hours and is suitable for a family breakfast together or e.g. to eat a melon afternoon. The property is located on a hillside. Those who like to walk on the hill, between houses with gardens, do not need a car to get to the coast. But on this coast there are kilometers of beaches in the direction of Vari, it is worth driving along.

It is common in booking.com ads to show a jacuzzi in the pictures, but it doesn't actually work. Here you can see an out-of-tune piano that is "mostly for decoration" like a recorder, telephone, etc. This would be the best apartment ever if the piano could be used. But this is the best among apartments without a piano... The kitchen lacks a microwave oven, although it is well equipped. The armchairs around the table are more just beautiful than comfortable or practical. The parking lots around the nearby beaches are full if you don't get up on time. Our teenage children missed the bustle at night. This is a very calm area but Athen is 40minutes by car. It is separated from the sea by a multi-lane road. There is a Traffic Light pedestrian crossing with a small detour that is suitable for crossing.

The kitchen could use a couple of extra things - cutting board, spatula, and a microwave oven.

The location was within walking distance of everything we needed, and the host was very friendly. The villa was beautiful and cozy.
