This was perfect for what we needed. It was close to downtown and the event center where we spent most of our time. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be staying there anytime we make it to Sioux Falls.

Our only issue was getting local channels on the TV. Usually vrbos have binders with various info, such as restaurant recommendations etc which would have been appreciated.

This home was perfect for our small group - 3 bedrooms (one on each level of the home). We had a comfortable stay with all the essentials provided, even throw blankets for cozying up on the couch. I'd recommend adding a fans for use - the rooms got warm at night. :)

Super cute house with comfortable beds snd very clean. Three bedrooms, two full baths. Quiet neighborhood and close to many places. Qick commutes when we used Lyft when we went out. Great location and the owners are quick to respond when we messaged them.

Neighborhood is kinda sketchy in appearance but we encountered no problems. Inside is nicely decorated, very clean and accommodating! Also, love the convenience of downtown Sioux Falls to restaurants and such! We would stay at the Terrace again! 👍

We are a family of 4 under 5, wanted a place with more than 2 bedrooms because of the ages of our children. It had 3 good sized rooms with more than enough blankets and pillows. The 2 bathrooms had good space too! Upstairs had a nice deep tub, shampoo and condition to use! And a few other toiletries. And the shower downstairs with multiple heads had my kids absolutely amazed! They all slept well, the place smelled nice and fresh, and I’d rate the whole thing a 10/10

We were on our way out to Yellowstone/Glacier and stopped in Sioux Falls as a layover. Nice neighborhood, super clean, very updated, and fit our family well. Downtown Sioux Falls is really cool and was about a 5 minute drive. The kids spent a couple hours there climbing over everything. Dylan was super responsive, we would stay here again!

This was my first time in South Dakota and staying here made me feel right at home! The property looks small from the outside but is very spacious. Looks are definitely deceiving here. We had everything we needed! They provided toiletries, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, Tupperware, laundry detergent; the list goes on. The only issue I had was with the open windows in the laundry room and living room. I'm a private person so I would have preferred the option for some curtains there. Once or twice the neighbors parked in front of the house at night which was off-putting but not a major issue. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone is friendly. We had very detailed instructions so there wasn't much that was missed. Great stay overall and I would definitely return and recommend it!

Plenty of room. Close to town and restaurants. Garage is small but we have a small car nice to have garage.

This is a great little house that has been newly renovated. The hosts did an excellent job decorating with stylish and comfortable furnishings. They had great communication and made the process easy. Would recommend.

This was a charming little property. Comfortably sleeps 8. Not quite as comfortable to sit eight in the living room or for eating a meal, however. Clean and thoughtfully decorated.

Super clean. Super cute. Modern rustic with high quality materials. Really enjoyed the inside of this property. Just enough hot water for one shower. Garage is unusable even though it’s it’s mentioned available. Over super nice and high quality on the inside. Neighborhood seems more sketch than desirable, however we were totally safe with no issues at all.

The only thing we would complain about is we had was parking. With the snow it was a little hard parking and we didn't have room in the garage or our bigger vehicles. But other than that it was GREAT!

The property manager was easy to get ahold of and responded quickly. We were there during a snow storm and he came as quickly as he could to scoop and plow the driveway and sidewalks. The house was absolutely beautiful!

Beautiful property and quiet neighborhood. Perfect location for what we wanted to see: Falls Park, Zoo, Japanese Garden, and Historic Districts.

I want to start off by stating I’ve never stayed in any sort of air b&b before this. I’m old school and typically stick with hotels anytime I travel. The property is gorgeous everything in the house looks brand new. The shower in the basement is top notch. If you’re looking for a great secure place to stay I’d highly recommend it. I’m definitely a Vrbo fan now
