Refurbished rooms to a good standard. Friendliness of staff.

Very bad smell, unsuccessfully masked by disinfectant/air fresheners. Outside noise throughout night.

A lovely place close to town, 2nd time I have stayed there, very clean and lovely staff very accommodating 😁

I sleep with the window open, and it's opposite a club of sorts, so its a little noisy early on with traffic and voices, but they did go quiet in the end also lift to the 2nd floor takes about 55 seconds so take the syaors😅

Hotel 99 is far better than most of the great named hotels I have been into. It is not a very big one, but the quality of equipment used is of luxurious taste. From bedding to bathroom, nothing to complain about. I’ve been back x2 already and honestly I can’t thing of any other hotel each time I come around for work. Staff are very welcoming and did everything to make my stay restful. Much appreciated

The car park and the location weren’t the best

Excellent service from the staff. Parking looked like it might be a bit tricky, and the staff were extremely helpful and sorted us out quickly and efficiently. All the staff were excellent - courteous, friendly and genuinely cared. Highly recommended.

The bed was comfortable and the room was lovely and clean.

It was a tad noisy on a Friday evening outside however it’s unpreventable and comfortable earplugs were provided by the brilliant evening reception staff member.

The hotel was lovely, genuinely surprised when I walked into the room! bathroom was really pretty, bedroom was also spacious and has a cute, modern look! staff were very friendly and helpful when it came to parking so definitely appreciated that

SAJ was exceptional in ensuring our stay was a pleasant and relaxing. The attention to detail was the best I have had to date travelling. Breakfast was personal to my diet needs (plant based) with personal table service Room was quiet and advice on local restaurants proved right too. Parking needs were met too

For business reasons I had to be on the industrial area -side of the city and this hotel had a perfect location to and from that area. Also when entering the station it only was a few minutes walk to the hotel. Nice food places in the area and located in the city center. Now, what really surprised was the hospitality of both hosts of the hotel. They were extremely friendly, wanted to help out with everything. The breakfast in the morning was amazing too as I received a freshly made full-English. The room was brand new and very clean as expected.

Saj, the receptionist made me feel a warm welcome when I arrived. He was very friendly and kind to making sure I am comfortable with the hotel. I came from London, I don’t know anything about Blackburn but Saj did a fantastic job to give me lots of lists of restaurants near the hotel. The bathroom with shower is beautiful! Bed is very comfortable. I will come back again. Thank you Saj.
