The people. Sound proof. Comfortable bed. The asthethic, the concept.

Not all the pictures belongs to the same house. Not all houses have a proper working area. My bathroom was having problems with the sink and you must be really careful with shower. The house should be more functional

The apartment is new, well equipped, close to the large shopping mall and Lidl. There is a well-equipped common kitchen and the wash machine. Owners are very welcoming and responsive. Everything is super clean, neighbourhood is safe. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The owners provided some coffee, small bottle of port, as well as laundry and dishwasher detergent as a compliment. Thanks for the welcoming stay!

(1) Location is quite far from touristic spots - it took me around 40 mins daily on public transport to get to the city center. (2) I think it would be nice to put the simplest hairdryer in the room- I did not expect the room to have no hairdryer, so did not even check for it in advance. (3) entrance lock was not working when I came back once late evening - I was lucky someone opened the door for me and I did not have to wait long. Otherwise this should probably be checked as to not cause issue for guests.

The place is very nice and comfortable! The staff is very friendly and helpful! And very attentive to detail! The room is very clean and stylish, I really loved this place ❤️

The ventilation system doesn’t work very good, that’s why it was a smell of food in the room, while someone was cooking downstairs.

I liked the friendly atmosphere, the cleanliness of the room and the convenient location. There were all the necessary things in the room for a long stay.

We stayed for a week. And on the first night, there was a loud party in the co-living, about which we were not warned. But all residents were friendly and tried to help in any matter. There were still problems with the lock on the main door, which prevented us from entering the house, but the staff quickly resolved the situation. And the Internet is terrible, so if you stop for work, you should consider it.

Comfortable bed, regular cleaning and changing of towels, property is close to mega mall so easy to do groceries. The guests who seemed to be long staying guests were discreet. The management had even left some detergent and detersives for using during the stay and also a small bottle of porto wine. The kitchen also was well equipped.

I had communicated my arrival time with property and was told that they would be waiting for me. I arrived and nobody was there. I eventually called and one hour later they came to open the door for me. If I had not called or did not have a Sim card that functioned in Europe, I would have spent hours waiting !! which is the last thing you want after hours of travelling!! Another issue was also the kitchen fumes , I don't know if they came from inside or outside. I was staying in a room facing the garden and almost every evening I could smell what guests were cooking. One night their was such a strong smell of fish that it woke me up. I slept that night with an open window just to get the smell out. I think this is an issue that needs to be looked into !!
