Appartamento in una struttura di fronte a Publix e altri ristoranti e servizi. Comodo il garage con due posti coperti. L' appartamento è nuovo e ben curato, aveva due camere letto e due bagni, cucina super servita con ogni confort (lavatrice, asciugatrice, tv, netflix, ecc.) Pulizia ottima e ben curata. Disponibili anche sedie per la spiaggia nel ripostiglio in garage.

Non è proprio vicino alla spiaggia ma comunque raggiungibile in 10 minuti.

I don't know any think abut a Breakfast, but the location was very good.

My wife and I are very happy with the place of stay, very very clean and updated.

Clean and comfortable property. Good location.

Some of the mechanical systems need updated. The washing machine was filling with water when not running . Fire system was having false alarms.

We liked the quality of the kitchenware, the apartment layout and the proximity to the beach (10 minute walk).

Coffee maker did not work properly. The pot was too short and did not engage the spring on the bottom of the filter.

Poor communications on entry. Implied lock box for key entry but was really electric numerical key pad entry on front door that was changed from last year’s stay. We had to call emergency # just to get in our condo at midnight. A statement that the front door was only e lock only would have resolved our confusion. The e lock code was NOT correct it lacked the star symbol. The washer had water seeped in after finishing a load. We prefer a large bed instead of twin bedS in the guest bedroom.

Super clean. Very new and modern.

Needed a larger trash can for the kitchen.
