Comfy bed, spacious room, spa in the room with a TV that swung out to face it made for a relaxing winter staycation away from kids. Great value for the price we paid. We'll definitely do it again.

The room was obviously very clean but the smell of the cleaning products was a bit overpowering.

The reception staff were excellent, could not fault them at all. Even though they were having difficulties with the door key-card machine thing, so we couldn't get a door key-card straight away, instead of making us wait someone took us up to our room and then they made sure they had it ready for when we had to leave for an event. The kitchenette was perfect for what we needed and the USB chargers were helpful.

The room was huge but it felt so wasted. It would have been nice if the lounge was facing the TV and not beside it. The bathroom was a bit wasted too, it's not like all of that space was needed to create space for a wheelchair as there were no handrails and it was a shower/bath anyway. I really didn't like the shower/bath and I always like to book a room with a bath if I'll have time to have one (on this occasion I didn't but it was too small to enjoy anyway). The water pressure was terrible, it was cramped, and actually I felt like I might fall over (and I'm only in my 40's). Handrails at a minimum would be a great addition at little cost. A swing-away shower screen so that you can access the taps but then not get water all over the floor would be good too.

The room was large. The staff were really helpful. Laundry is free.

Very dirty. Expensive parking. Not easy to find. Small beds. Bathroom is in desperate need of an update.

Even though we were located in the city, it was very quiet and central to everything. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We only had a small window, which was good and bad. We didn't know what time of day it was so could sleep, but then we couldn't see anything.

My room was noisy. There was no view. The accommodation was sparse and budget. I was shocked when I walked into the room but got used to it. Very budget looking.

Part ramp entrance would be good as steps "not friendly" for us elderly. Needed help with suitcases. No other issues

The room felt larger than your typical budget city hotel and was very well-equipped (kitchenette, microwave, laundry services, work desks) which made our stay in Perth easy and enjoyable. The staff are lovely and helpful and the hotel is conveniently located allowing us to walk to the quay and anywhere else in the city.

We were first allocated a top floor suite. The air conditioner on the roof was too noisy and we were moved to a room at a lower level.

Comfortable bed, which was needed after 17 hours flying. Good shower. Useful kitchenette. Quite close to city centre.
