Location is perfect just a few steps from beach, staff very friendly and helpful, room was very clean and the cleaning staff was great!
Breakfast was very poor, mostly canned fruits (pineapple, peach) and the same pastry every day. Juice was not fresh and nothing local (like pastel de nata, pão de Deus or fresh cakes)

Very close to the beach. Personal was always quite friendly! Breakfast is good and coffee is tasty
The bed has a plastic cover which, with the heat, sticks to your body when you sleep. Quite uncomfortable.
Also breakfast is always the same- so if you stay for more than a couple of days, it’s inconvenient.
The cleaning personal are there daily and do a great job! However, the maintenance is what’s needed. The building looks rusty and a bit too old. Same with the bathroom floor and the carpets in the bedroom.

Fantastic location. Large sparkling pool.
The hotel smells like stale smoke throughout. The air conditioning was too loud and rattling to use. The restaurant was closed. Except for breakfast. The staff in the restaurant were rude and u helpful.

In the room (707) there were no plugs near the desk, 2 wall sockets were broken and one table lamp did not work.

Breakfast spread was wonderful. The view is breath taking. Some back ground music is definitely needed to give it atmosphere.....
The staff were not friendly or helpful. We were not impressed with the 1st bedroom we checked into,as it stunk of stale nicotine therefore we requested to get another room....

The location of the hotel is good
It was tired and dated definitely not 4* The bar was closed for the entirety of our stay with no explanation to why. A very poor selection for breakfast. I appreciate we stayed during low season but if some of the hotels facilities are not available then this should be stated on the site and the price reflective of this.

Great hotel at a fantastic location. The view from the restaurant could not be better. Panoramic view right across the beach's of Lisbon. The rooms are very large and spacious. Beautiful little balcony. Behind the hotel there is a square with many restaurants. 2 minutes walk and I suggest the sushi all you can eat. I did book the hotel with a special price as usually this type of hotel is out of my price range.
