The location was very beautiful, quiet and private. It gives you immediately a homey feeling. The owner/host was super friendly and responsive. Breakfast was great, too. Besides I slept phenomenal in the comfy bed.

We had an amazing time at the hotel. It was close to the centre but very quiet during the night. Lovely and helpful staff. I can really recommend the breakfast.

The rooms are renovated and very comfortable. it’s a great value for money and the location is good. Also the owners are very friendly and kind.

Room was rather small and with no window, but perfectly fine for short stay

- The location is very good. - The owner was very friendly and could speak English very well (still rare in France). - The breakfast room is very nice. The breakfast was also good.

- The furniture was old and in urgent need of renovation. What was perhaps meant to be shabby chic just looks like old furniture from grandma's attic. The hairdryer in the bathroom was yellowed, the towel rack rusty. - The bed was old and uncomfortable. The duvet did not even have a proper cover. - The room was dark, the view was almost straight onto a wall. - There was a strange smell at night when you opened the window. But that could also have been due to the neighbouring houses. - It was expensive. For 20€ more, we got a room in a 4-star design hotel in Nice a few days later.

Amazing location- like a little hidden gem in Antibes that makes you feel as if you´ve arrived in the countryside. Super quiet, cosy, authentic and charming.

Relaxed atmosphere. Delicious healthy breakfast (extra) in the lovely garden. Short walk to sea front and the old town of Antibes.

Very nice and quite location, few steps from the beach and close to the city center. Parking available, very nice and welcoming owners, good breakfast.

Unfortunately I was given a room with a private toilet and shower but outside the room itself, which is quite uncomfortable. Also prepare yourselves because there are several mosquitos in the area.

The location is simply excellent, 2 minutes away from the see and close to the center.

What a beautiful hotel! It has very nice aesthetics and it is very close to the beach and to the old town, where you can go on foot. The owners are doing everything they can to make your stay pleasant - lovely people. It has a vibe of being in a very peaceful place and not so much as a hotel. I will definitely visit again and I totally recommend it!

The room I chose didn't have much light, which I hadn't realised when I did the booking. But in general, I was very satisfied with everything.

The hosts from Sweden are absolutly AWESOME. They really make the stay perfect. Most of the rooms are wonderful with balcony and modern barhrooms, our room (last available) was rather small, with no real door to the barhroom, just a little cover. The bathroom is also so small that if you were overweight you would have problems getting in and out. Besides this- this is a perfect location with extremly good customer service and great breakfast.

This welcoming little hotel is a true recommendation from us. Everything is fantastic - hospitality, breakfast, location, vibe, even other guests! Something remarkable was that the cleaning was made better than at many five star hotels, something you really appreciate when you brought tons of stuff. Do yourselves a favor and stay with Efva & Martin at their amazing hidden gem - you’ll leave with a warm feeling!
