Jacuzzi and spa facilities were great. Staff were fantastic. Food was good.

We booked a deluxe room but it was very small. The mattress was very hard and it was 2 single beds pushed together. It overlooked the road which was very noisy so we had lots of disturbed nights.

Breakfast was wonderful, the staff in the morning were always smiling and helpful.

The stuff was very king, when we say that the bed wasn't as we reserved, the stuff suggest us to switch the room. The temperature in the jacuzzi was low, and the stuff also, handled that as fast as possible. We also have some special requests regarding our staying and the help us kindly.

The location. In order to get the hotel by quick way you have to pay ~3.5€ each time for the highway. It is annoying that that wasn't mentioned in booking details on hotel page.

Thank you very much to the great Alpenhotel staff for making our holidays really fantastic. We spent an awesome week and enjoyed every bit of the facility and what the Stubai valley can offer. We highly recommend to everyone to visit Stubai and stay at the Alpenhotel Tirolerhof in Fulpmes to have the best experience possible.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Although we arrived after the closing time of their own restaurant, they made a reservation for us is another restaurant very close to the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and tasty. The surrounding mountains are extremely high, and their slopes are very steep. The narrow panorama towards the valley is wonderful.

By the time when we were there next to the hotel right in front of our balcony a construction was underway. Hopefully, they will finish soon. In wintertime probably its more difficult to park your car. We were lucky as we were in summer there but unfortunately the weather was a little bit rainy.

The breakfast was amazing, they had wide choice of everything. We especially liked that, the ham, cheese were cut upon request and also the egg dishes were freshly made. The dinner with 5 courses was delicious (portions are huge!). Sauna area was clean, enough room for everybody.

Room was quite small, the toilet in the bathroom was placed very uncomfortably (you couldnt sit straight). Pool area was not big enough, especially if you have to maintain distance (Covid 19)
