the check in area and breakfast area was completely rundown and not considered 3 star also but the staff there were perfect and very helpful and the breakfast was good and accommodating

The room style is very suitable for family trip.

Every time I call, I feel that the receptionist tried to close a conversation ASAP with no extra request because your room is dealt. Other staffs are friendly. This is our first visit but we will be hesitated to return.

I loved the privacy of the location. Having a private pool villa is great, but the wall and locked gate were exceptional.

I wish the resort had been more upfront about dining. When I arrived, I was told to use the QR code to get the menu. When I tried to call room service I was told that they only serve breakfast, yet there were many items on the menu that did not come for breakfast and there were no times on the menu or anywhere to let me know when I could order what. Knowing guests have to look elsewhere for lunch and dinner, it would have been nice to get a directory or something.

The worm welcome from the front desk Helpful staff, very yummy breakfast is served. Clean environment and relax + piece full. The service and the facilities and the room is marvellous
