The young Lady at the reception was exceptionally kind and helpful. She was in shift Thursday 4.7 evening upon our arrival and asisted along our visit and she was welcoming to any request.

We ordered some milk for oor Coffee in our room. The man came over to our room and asked us to pay room Service of 14 SF for the Coffee Milk - rediculos. When we canceled he became very rude. We drank our Coffee black, of course 🙂. I didn't ask for his name but he was the older service man, I m sure the management will recognise him. In adfition, the matrass was too soft.

We loved everything at Hotel Les Sources des Alps. It was 5 Star in every way. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable, and well-supplied. The bathroom was light, bright and large. Breakfast was one of the best we enjoyed in 7 weeks of travel in Switzerland. The thermal pools were a huge delight. The water temperature was perfect with just the right amount of jets. We look forward to returning and spending several relaxing days here.

A recommendation: enjoy the wonderful thermal pools and other facilities at the hotel. The public spas in Leukenbad were horrid.

The pool outside is gorgeous thanks to the hot spring, the beautiful view and all the facilities installed to make this private place as enjoyable as the big public thermal spa places.

Quite old room

I like their Thermal pool and Sauna. The Suite room is big and the bed good for three person and their Sofa bed can also for three person. The view is fantastic.

Thermal pool as a purpose of visit. nice welcoming in the room. all good in general, but rather basic. very comfortable bed. not too much people.good bar. sort of best option with private thermal pools in the village.

-dated rooms -sauna/hammam in the mrng were not hot -dirty glasses in the room and some hair -empty boxes for shower cap/sewing -breakfast rather poor and need to wait a while -restaurant really low quality on the eve we were having good rate, as a low season, but I won’t consider it as 5* especially for Switzerland. price/quality doesn’t match.

Loved the pool and the spa. Great sauna and hammam. Receptionist staff were very helpful. A very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Great breakfast with both hot and cold possibilities.

Could give more info on the Leukerbad plus pass (e.g. not only by email). Also can give more info on where to find guest towels in the spa area.

Thermal bath and sauna were very impressive. Comfortable bed and nice room with lots of toiletries and well stocked mini bar. Restaurant served good food and first class service.

Wine was very expensive, with very little available for under CHF 80. There was an unexplained hissing noise at night from the wall. It went after an hour but no idea what it was.

In dinner menu not many varieties. When I made the booking it says I can’t change the room reservation which I don’t understand ! the hotel is empty. When I check in I told the lady that we will pay each room separately because we are 3 different family members, I only used my card to guarantee the booking, but when I check out all the money was taking from my card for all the 4 rooms. When I asked the hotel they said booking.com who took the money on 29th 2 days before our arrival without even sending an email for that. The hotel blamed the booking.com so I have no idea who to blame, if this is the case now it will be very difficult to book 4 or 5 rooms if you are big family because you will need to use different card each time, I am surprised all the money was on 29th and as you will see in the pic attached what I received from booking is different
