The room was wonderful. The view you have from the balcony is sensational. The images posted in the ad are the same as reality. The apartment is located very close to the promenade, close to shops and restaurants. I strongly recommend Cristine Residence, and we will definitely come back with great pleasure the next time we have the opportunity.

Whirlpool was amazing except the position. Super location, near the lake. Comfortable sitting on the porch.

Whirlpool was in the bedroom. Not much equipment in the kitchen. There was a small space for four people.

The location was fine, Riva del Garda is a small town so we could walk to the centre in about 25 minutes. The facilities in the room were okay, and the staff replied quickly to any questions. The aircon worked great.

We arrived pretty late at night after a full day of travel and got the key from a lock box because the reception was closed. When we went to take a shower, the drain was clogged and water went everywhere. My boyfriend had to clean and unclog it - which should have been done before we arrived. The bed was wildly uncomfortable and hard, and I had to purchase a mattress the next day so I could sleep.

Modern, renovated and really clean room with small kitchen well equiped inside. The view from the apartments facing the lake is breathtaking. Great location near the beach and town center. The shopping mall, bars, and restaurants are within walking distance. For a trip to another village, bus stop is nearby.

Is needed a small shelf in the bathroom for cometics and a kettle.

The disturbing noise of the HVAT unit during the night, the emergency green light inside the room, the fact that in the second night they stoped the heat(end of november) and that you don't know exactly what kind of coffe machine you have inside your room!

Not as pretty from the outside but newly reconstructed inside. Modern, fully equipped and perfectly clean room. Close to the lake.

Parking is small and can be full. You can use big parking nearby (cca 100 m) which is paid but during the night it's for free.

Old stuf in kitchen

Great location near beach, shops, restaurants and city center. Clean apartments, some have been renovated recently. Helpful stuff.

The only downside of the apartments looking on the street is noise from the road.

We had great experience at this place and now thinking to book again next year. Daniela, the receptionist was very nice and helpful. The location is great: just few steps from the beach, plenty bars and restaurants close-by. Parking lot not too spacious, but we never had a trouble finding a spot. On the ground floor you can find bike rental, which is also very convenient.

Few spare garbage bags in the room would be appreciated. Other than that, everything was super!

We loved our stay at Residence Cristine, the staff was very friendly and it was clean and in a perfect location 2 min away from the lake. There is a lot of space in the room and a little kitchen with a fridge and a freezer so you had everything you could need for a relaxed stay in Riva.

It was a bit noisy with open windows and on the balcony because of the streets but with closed windows it was still perfect to sleep as we had a good air condition.

Really clean room with small kitchen inside. Everything is in a walking distance, for a trip to another village, Bus Station is nearby. The staff is really helpful for me finding out the Bus ticket as buying on the Bus is impossible during the pandemic. The hotel worth every penny.
