Чуйний і відповідальний персонал охорони. Вдале розташування готелю.

Вічно розгублений персонал рецепції. Домовляєшся про одне, виходить зовсім інше. В один день басейн працює до одної години, в наступний день вже година змінена, і гості не попереджені. Неорганізований персонал кухні та бару. Так само, замовляєш одну страву, подають іншу. Щодо прохань мати двоспальне ліжко в номері нам погодили, проте при прибутті було таки два односпальних. Саме ось через такі дрібниці враження і зіпсовані.

Perfect room with a extra ordenary view to the sea

We had issues with the hair dryer and some bad smell in the bathroom. The assistance was professional. The reason for the smelling issue was found by ourself. The ground heating temperature was to high and dried the drain.

Spacious room and bathroom, well equipped. Good breakfast in 4 variants, even difficult to choose, with fresh juices and tasty coffee

Our very short stay which did not allow to visit pool, SPA, etc. Maybe next time

friendly staff

staff is friendly but not very professional, breakfast was not good, don't eat at the restaurant, the food is not tasty but expensive, I ordered a white wine which was served hot :))) The worst thing was the noisy wedding party at saturday the whole day until night. That was just unacceptable. No possibility for a free late check out (despite an empty hotel) they will charge you if you exceed 12am. and yes if you try to come to the hotel after 12pm midnight you will face a locked door with a "friendly" nightguard who you need explain why you want to go in :)

We had very good time in Stella Residence. Thanks to all the staff , special attention to Tamara of the breakfast / service team.

Difficult to see something wrong . Maybe a renovation of the reception hall .

Staff was nice. Had good pool inside. Small nice hotel for couples.

Rooms are smelling a little.
