We were surprised when we saw the two bedroom apartment as it was really spacious and really good for the family. They will clean it all the time.

Our room was honestly a good value for our money. the beds are good for four people (we only booked for three), but the whole space can probably accommodate at least two more if they don't mind sleeping at the sala or sharing a bed with one other person. it All the staff were really good and attentive, most especially the receptionist and those who were waiting on us during the breakfast buffet Has a free parking space allotted for us The breakfast buffet included was reasonable too

The aircon in the living area isn't cooling the space that much (or at all), especially in the afternoon. We had to open the doors of the other rooms with better aircon units so that the cold air will reach the living area. We found small cockroaches in the comfort rooms and in the kitchen. The lock of the guest bedroom (the smaller one) is broken. If I close the door completely, there's no way that I can open it unless I'm inside the room, so I had to keep it ajar all the time. It took some time for the housekeeping to finish cleaning our rooms and we weren't able to check in on the dot. We had to wait in the lobby and there was not much waiting space for a lot of people. Hard to set up the Netflix on the TV and we were just too tired that night to ask for assistance from the staff despite these, I would still consider booking this place if I needed a larger space for my family.

I like the fact that there is a separate bedroom, kitchen, dining, and living room.

The bathroom - there is no glass door in the shower, water was splashing out into the bathroom floor every time I shower, very messy. The internet - the netflix on the TV, cannot connect to the internet.

The check in formalities was excellent to start with that include the reception staff. The breakfast hace choices enjoyable...room service is in time. My family my children enjoyed the luxury of Astoria hotel hospitality . We stayed 6 days it was wonderful experience overall very good ..a memory not to forgot. We would recommend any famly wish plan to choose star hotel.. we recommend.

To be more pro active even if the guest doesnt need it (i.e water replenishment, bathroom rolls, tissue paper etc) but i guess its because of pandemic they want to have minimal contact but nonetheless they should chk the guests needs not just asking abt their stay
