During the time I spent there, they did not clean the room a single time. Also, I found it difficult to communicate with the front desk. No ones picked the phone, answered emails or WhatsApp.

Excellent accomodation, colonial architecture, close to the old town centre.

The staff are rather unwelcoming, reluctant to converse with the guests. Free cancellation is no such thing, with the pousada demanding a 50% deposit within 24h of making the reservation, and only cancellable up to 3 days before arrival. I suggest the pousada reorganise this in line with the rest of the world.

Disappointed with extra charges for One child in room R $200 per night is too much. This was not explained well in reservation and an unpleasant surprise.

Lovely place to stay in Pirenópolis. Very charming rooms in a garden environment. Close enough to the main street with restaurants and bars, but just far enough not to be bothered by noise or traffic. Definitely recommended!
