The breakfast included many items so it was very easy to find things that we would enjoy eating/trying. The staff was very friendly, polite and eager to be helpful to the guests. The property is quite charming with its rustic/colonial decor and the small pool was a welcomed feature after walking in the heat. The location was awesome! It was right in the historic downtown and walking distance to stores and restaurants and had easy access to town exits to the numerous waterfalls.

What I did not like had NOTHING to do with the hotel or staff. We were very interested in attending the Cavalhada, a festival based on Brazilian folklore that is very popular in Goias. The event was extremely disorganized and chaotic....it was supposed to start at 1PM...by 3:45 PM the main event had barely started....In fact, since we had to leave by 4PM, we ended up not watching the re-enactment of the fight between the Mores and Christians despite opting to stay an extra night to watch this famous event. This feedback is mostly for the organizers of the Cavalhada. You guys need to get your act together!!!!

clean and good location

The pousada is in a historic building. It was very simple but very charming and comfortable. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff was friendly and attentive. The location was awesome since we had easy parking and right in the center of town. We walked everywhere and had easy access to numerous restaurants and shops.

It was a bit pricey for Brazil but for international visitors the price was reasonable.

Great breakfast with local delicacies. Amazing location. The breakfast spot was also great. I could see loads of tropical birds while I ate. The internet connection is good and the hotel attracts cool people. It has a lot of art work and a great decor.

The room could be a bit bigger.
