Wow! It was a great option for our family. The closest was big enough for a pack-n-play to be set up with a bit of walk room besides. As a parent of two, it was clean enough for me not to worry about them.
The bathroom was huge, kind of a shame that the toilet didn't have a door to close it off from the rest of the bathroom. Also, not a fan of the frosted glass pane on the bathroom door... But it does look nice.
The only thing I can think of as a negative is the choice of trim around the door inside the bathroom, I don't then the MDF was rated for that moisture level and is falling apart, tile might have been a better choice.
It seemed like it was the quietest hotel I've ever stayed at, although that seemed to emphasis our crying 7mth old in the evening.

It was the most unpleasant stay I've ever had in a hotel due to an uncapable personnel.
Front desk was terrible. TV didn't work. House keeping lady did not clean the room daily and when she did, she took a personal bag and the manager found it the day after I left town.

I had a super huge bad experience prior to my stay at the Hotel. The Female African -American Customer Service representative made it difficult for me to change my reservations to the next day from the 3rd party and when I met her face to face she still had a bad attitude. I made it my business to leave one day early and check out. No compassion and no customer Service Etiquette. I’m still waiting on my credit and feel like I should get all my money for the one night stay.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The only problem was the noise at night time. Kids were running up and down the hallway and people above us were jumping on the floor.

Very new and clean. The front desk was very friendly. Charged our EV for free overnight! The pool is a bit small, and there were quite some people already, so we didn’t go as planned. There is a Walmart nearby, which is very convenient.

The hotel was perfect for our needs. Clean room. Prompt service for sheets and towels to our room. But please believe the reviews that talk about the pool being small. It is tiny. The sign says 8 people max. It was not a fun experience when kids are bringing in massive floaties, there's no room to really move around and no towels at the pool available. If youre wanting to cool off, best to just use your tub.

This property was clean and nice. Area surrounding it was a bit sketch. Breakfast was not the greatest. But most importantly my room was nice smelled clean and it was very clean. Ive seen other reviews about the carpet stains. I only seen those in hallways. Our room did not have any stains. Easy check in and out. They do put a hold on your card when you arrive and that was for 20 dollars. Waiting for that to fall off. Parking lot free.

Highly recommended, my family loved this place! Very high end in every way. Great breakfast , very clean rooms, very comfortable beds! Rooms were very spacious and CLEAN! Halls very clean and so was the lobby. Night staff was awesome with any needed help! Bathrooms were HUGE and clean! If you’re looking for a place look no further! We stayed 2 nights.

All employees were awesome! The room was comfortable. Breakfast was good, several choices available. Housekeeping was not the best-dirty floors and trash in the landscaping. I did take our dirty towels to the front desk to exchange for clean towels. The water pressure in the shower seemed low.

The room and beds were super comfortable and clean. Just wish there was a hot tub in the pool area. If you forget to pack something a Walmart is in walking distance plus there’s a variety of items for sale In the hotel concessions. We’ll definitely book our next Detroit stay at this property.
