Merveilleux hôtel sis dans des bâtiments remarquables. Confort de tout premier ordre, moderne, robotique de pointe et facilement compréhensive. Situation très centrale, insonorisation remarquable. Très bon service de conciergerie. Tout les collaborateurs de l'hôtel sont très chaleureux et font que vous vous sentiez chez vous. Incontestablement, le meilleur hôtel de Milan que je connaisse. Je me réjouis d'y retourner. Excellents restaurants servant de très beaux produits, magnifiquement apprêtés. Superbe carte des vins. Prix élevés, mais justifiés.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Gebäude ist einzigartig, zentral gelegen, sehr gut erreichbar und in der Nähe der bekanntesten Einkaufsmeilen. Das Morgenbuffet ist aussergewöhnlich.

We had a level 1 room that was sewerage smell and next to the lift and service door we had to complained and they changed is to another room same floor with the price per room you pay that room should

Staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The room was spacious, clean, and excellently designed. Great drinks at the hotel bar as well. Hotel courtyard was so tranquil. We loved the location — close to duomo and shopping. Can’t recommend enough!

Location and hotel concept.
Considering that it is a 5-star hotel, it is unacceptable that they gave us a room in which the heating does not work, in December when the temperature outside was only 1 degree and instead of moving us to another room, they convinced us otherwise until midnight. First, how can it happen that there is no heating in the room in a 5 star hotel? Secondly, how could it happen that “no one knows about it” thirdly, how could that room be allowed to be given to guests, and fourthly, how did they allow to convince the guests otherwise when they have already established a mistake?
