The location was good, the room was large, the decor was nice and the staff was friendly. It was lovely that it was by a small grocery store and a delicious restaurant. or two. It was perfect distance to the shopping district, and not too far from the metro stops.

Couch has stains, the shower leaked and I guarantee there is mold under the rubber flooring that they have to cover it. The water would leak out under the door and then the door would push the water out when you opened it—very bad design. Also, upon entering the building (it has other offices and not just the hotel), it smelled of urine in the staircase. It was nauseating and I hope it was just a temporary thing while we were there.

the location and the layout in the apartment. The friendly staffs provided useful information such as which restaurants to go and the way to airports. We were most grateful to Ms Saloua who helped us on our last day with our luggages and for highlighting the different transportation charges to airport.

- Perfect location , right next to all the shopping area - It was great to have super mart right below the property as we need daily food for our toddler

the location was great, lots of restaurants and 20 min walk to Eiffel Tower/ Arc de Triumph. receptionist was very friendly

our room was up a small narrow staircase (the Vendome Paris Suite) so be warned if you struggle with stairs, there are rooms in a separate part of the building which does have a lift but ours was only accessible via stairs. the room was nice enough, comfy big bed, some kitchen amenities- it was quite dated but as are a lot of places in Paris! was generally clean, no major complaints just a bit dated as I mentioned. Also a very strange light fixture/piece of art in the room that might not be to everyone's taste. the check in process was also a bit confusing as there was no one at reception when we got there, but was settled quickly and they are good at answering the phone with the number they have left at reception. overall it was a decent stay for the cost that we paid for the room.

Very friendly staff. The hotel room is very comfortable with lots of amenities. . The hotel location is superb which is close to shops and restaurants.

The hotel is located in a good location for shopping and sightseeing as it is close to the city center.

Cooking utensils were not properly equipped, but the reception could not solve it, so I divided the cooking into two and three times to prepare the food and dish, so the time to prepare the food was doubled and there was a lot of inconvenience. It was a family room, but the room or living space is narrower than expected, and it is difficult to use the elevator, which is inconvenient for people with a lot of strollers or luggage. The room was closed due to poor soundproofing, so we could hear children chatting all the way to the reception.
