We stayed here one night traveling to FL to take a cruise. We had no problem finding this place to stay. Easy to access the key. Place smelled good, very clean, nice kitchen area - with dishes, stove, frig, and ice maker. Also a coffee pot but we didn't use it as we left by 7a the next morning. We liked it enough we didn't go out that evening but had pizza delivered. Only one thing I would wish for was another set of towels. But again no complaint with water pressure, hot water. It was pretty warm when arrived but by night fall it was cool in room you can't go wrong staying here. PS I did hear a little dog in the evening barking but by the time we went to bed the house, neighborhood was very quiet. I felt secure there.

The area was nice and quiet. The hosts were amazing. They really created a little home away from home. This was our first time ever in Tampa and we were a little worried about where to stay. This suite is perfect!!!! Enough space for my family of four. It came equipped with EVERYTHING I could need to take care of my little family. It was clean and well taken care of. The bed was super comfy and just what we needed after a day in the parks. The sofa is a pullout couch and comfortably fit both of my boys. Internet was provided and the TV had Netflix!! To say my boys were ecstatic is an understatement. The water temp and pressure in the shower was amazing as well!!! I like heat and actual pressure. I was amazed to find there was plenty of both. The hosts really went out of their way to make us feel at home. They provided towels, dishes, and appliances like a toaster and blender. Super happy with our stay and we will be staying again when we are in Tampa.

I like that it was seamless and efficient to be honest. I never met the host but I met the very nice cleaning lady.

I couldn't figure out how to control the volume on the TV but I don't watch TV so it doesn't really matter.

The price and the quiet neighborhood

The toilet broke, the door lock stopped working, the pull out couch was uncomfortable. The bathroom was so tiny a small person could barely turn around. Would not recommend for anyone group over 2 .

This place is absolutely perfect! I was there just for a weekend because I had a concert in the Amelie Arena. The distance is good, just 20 min. The place was Super clean, modern and organized. It had every little detail you will need. Iron and blower included. The bed it was very comfortable (is low height so get up for people with problems in the lower back could be hard) but I loved. Also, the smell of the towels was so good (appreciate that). The neighbor is very quite and beautiful.

The host was handing our in yard listening to music pretending to be doing yard work, but was stalking the guess and never spoke or introduced him self not even a hello. I will never book here again and he was in and out all night couldn’t even smoke in peace every time we went out to smoke he had a need to go sit in his truck and watch us until about 1 am . What a joke I couldn’t wait to do this real review
