Ubicación y parqueadero. Piscina climatizada y limpia
Tuve un inconveniente con mi reserva y solo pude llegar en la ultima noche ( perdí 2 noches). Aunque no fue culpa del hotel, considerando q tuve q pagar las dos noches full q no ocupe a tarifa full incluido desayunos q no tome, hubiera sido muy útil una mayor flexibilidad a no pagar todo o por lo menos, algún servicio adicional considerando lo q no utilice. Hubiera sido un muy buen servicio al cliente para regresar pero no, atención apenas empatica.

Great location, very typical Leiva architecture
My room next to staff only door and constantly door banging; I had to yell at one employee for banging the door. Last day, at 7:30am no one was in kitchen or dining room to make or serve breakfast.

terrible noisy. we were waked up at 5:30 am by kids running down the hall outside the room follow by staff talking loudly and radio music that did not stop until we crawl out of bed at 10:30 am.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and quiet. I had every thing I needed. Parking onsite was convenient and easy to find.

Beautiful and picturesque old colonial house converted into a hotel. Staff is very attentive and in a great location.
The hours for the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room are a little restrictive. Only open from 10am until 7pm. We had tours/activities planned before and after, so weren’t able to use them really.

Bedrooms clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful, there was always amazing coffee available in the reception and the location is great.
The breakfast is good but very very small. I don't think it makes the whole experience feel like it's worth the money.

i had an issue with one of the ladies at the reception because they by mistake charged more in my card. they refunded the money but I didn’t get the whole amount in my account.

The staff attention and the room comfort
Place lacks maintenance, from simple clean up of spider webs and debris to larger walls with stains and the pool glass/see thru ceiling that has never been cleaned. Further there are light fixtures and others that are clearly broken, rusted, and need replacement like the lights on the massage rooms.

Great location, very nice colonial construction
The fireplace did not have a grill, so we spent the whole night thinking that logs could fall onto the room. Vegetarian options in the breakfast menu are absent. We ordered a cheese sandwich off menu, and it came with ham!

The check-in took longer than expected. The hot water tap (shower) was not working properly. The shower curtain was quite dirty.

The attention from the staff is very impressive, the location is amazing, only 5 minute walk from the plaza, the breakfast is delicious.
Walls are paper thin, lots of noise from neighboring rooms.

It has a good parking lot with a good location close to the main square, clean, good breakfast, the room are clean and confortable.

The hotel is beautiful, is a perfect location very close to walk to the main plaza, the parking area is safe, breakfast good, the room clean , the staff is friendly. I don’t have any complaint. Besides I let you know that Villa de Leiva is the most beautiful town in Colombia. I recommend visit that place. Thank you.
