Hotel had all the basic facilities

Booked a full day tour to Ninh Binh organised via the hotel, the tour was extremely poor quality and very expensive. The shuttle bus had a number of broken seats, poor air conditioning in 35+ degree heat. Restaurant food was poor, had lettuce served with a meal which had a slug in it. Poor attention to detail, which extends to housekeeping, where we would often have to ask for our room to be serviced.

Great location for a next day flight. The area has a fun mix of local and international vibes. At least 3 pizza places to choose from on the next street which was great for us.

The pool was nice but the hotel blocks the sun from it rather early in the day.

We loved the room and location of the hotel. The staff were very accommodating. The pool is fabulous.

It was very clean and quiet no street noise, good facilities for 1 bed apartment had everything you need, pool was great, lots of breakfast options and the staff easily accommodated us with airport transfer and late checkout

Room & view was great. English speaking staff excellent service. Loved the breakfast too! And the little shop on the premises.

Everything was great! Extensive breakfast, I was able to bring it back to my room and have my meetings. The studio was very spacious, clean, comfortable, way past my expectations! Nice kitchen, Wifi worked well throughout the hotel, great staff. Decent gym, pool area and pool table. Would definitely stay again!! Everything was perfect

Shower leaks onto the floor- not a problem, just had to pay attention to it :)

Some rooms are definitely better than others. Yet to return to the first apartment which was the best so far, that was in 2019.

The male staff could be a bit smilier.

It's a pet peeve but I would like to see all hotels to provide the means to refill water bottles rather than supplying plastic bottles every day. Pollution in Vietnam is bad and these millions of bottles add to the problem.

very nice property, great pool, very nice and clean hotel. The surrounding areas of the hotel are very local and quite dirty. the pavements outside the hotel are littered with dog poo, the hotel should take care of this, brings the mood down a bit. Though a short walk to bars (Bottle Shop, 7 Bridges), restaurants (Los Fuegos & Boa Wow) highly recommend visiting during your stay.

Great location, friendly staffs

A lovely stay over Christmas! The staff were extremely helpful and the facilities were perfect. Our room was very comfortable - loved the big bed, the big bath and the coffee machine! Breakfast was great - offered a range of Western and Vietnamese food! The weather was a bit chilly when we went so we didn’t use the outdoor pool however the gym was well equipped.

The place is very fancy with nice apartment. the bed is big and comfy, there are kitchen and washing machine in the apartment too. they have buffet style breakfast with many different choice.

location was nice. some really cool restaurants along the neighbouring streets. was nice being a little bit out of the city away from the busyness. breakfast was amazing and gym facilities were really nice!

would have been nice if the pool was heated to use all year round
