Very comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, nice interiors, great location to walk around the city center and walking distance from/to train station. Extra credits for the bakery right below the flat :))

Was a bit noisy at night, as it is located on 1st floor

Centrally located on a cute pedestrian street with cafes and restaurants, a short walk from all the sites. The studio we stayed in was spacious and clean. The decor is stylish and cosy and there is plenty of light. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was great and we had everything we needed in the kitchen to make breakfast.

The thermostat is locked at 21C and is located in the warm hallway, so other parts of the space get pretty chilly and there is nothing you can do about it.

the toilet fell of the wall on first night and flooded bathroom with toilet water then BD came off. we could not use bathroom had to go to restaurant across street which after it closed we had no bathroom use next day they fixed give us 200 euros off the room but the room stunk of adhesive which give us both busting headaches the guy then told us to be gently on the toilet!! lift broken, downstairs like a building site

Very clean, perfect location, communication for booking and check-in was great. We had a really lovely time staying here as a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 young children), the apartment was a bedroom, bathroom with shower and then the big room was a combined big dining kitchen and living area with a couchbed, which was perfect for what we were looking for, basically a clean, comfortable base for our daytrips across Emilia Romagna and sightseeing in Bologna.

Everything was great, possibly could have left some more bin bags and toilet rolls (though there is the option to leave rubbish outside in the morning for staff to collect, ideally there would be even one additional bag to help do this) - very minor comment though!

The location was excellent, the space in the apartment was quite good for three people.

The floors were less than clean and the shower had a leak the whole time we were there.

Nothing horribly wrong, but basic and overpriced compared to the accommodation we had in Milan and Florence. Good location, just about 'walkable' from the train station even with heavy cases, as Bologna is so easy to walk around under cover. Could also walk to all main attractions and restaurants etc. Quiet, no noiise from street or other appartments.

We had a short stay in Milan, then in Florence and finally Bologna. I had high expectations of the apartment here, hoping for something with character, a little balcony and perhaps slightly upmarket from the previous apartments as Bologna was significantly more expensive. However, instead of "character" the kitchen was just dated. The balcony was "overlooking an internal courtyard" as advertised but I had visions of a nice green quadrangle below, but it was closer to a builders yard and not somewhere you would want to sit unless just to have a smoke perhaps. The sofa that converted into two single beds was pretty basic and hardly suitable for our two 17 year-old sons. The essential areas (shower, basin, toilet etc.) were clean but the shelves in the bathroom were thick with dust, as were the drawers. There is no air-conditioning in the main bedroom and the other unit is positioned right above the sofa beds, so couldn't really be left on full blast all night to keep everywhere cool. We did not want to cook/eat in the apartment but it was fairly minimally equipped, only one glass and four plastic wine glasses that we could see?

Very nice apartment. Appreciated the extra fan for the bedroom because it was very hot.

If it weren’t for a fellow traveler checking in at the same time, we would not have gotten in the apartment. We were having phone issues and couldn’t call, text, etc. They need to collect tax prior to getting there and provide entrance code in advance.

Perfect location; Decent facilities; Aircon - a must-have in June; Good WiFi; Little cute balcony. The street below is for pedestrians only so multiple restaurants place their tables on it.

The only thing was the extra portable air cooler in the bedroom was producing more noise that cool air but everything else was really nice.

Comfortable, adequate space, well-equipped for cooking (which we didn't do -- you don't come to Italy to cook for yourself!), full-sized refrigerator, outstanding central location, 12-minute walk to the station (for day trips to Ravenna-Modena-Parma). Good Lavazza coffee maker (you have to go to a Coop market to find appropriate replacement capsules). No management on premises, (but they are quick to answer messages via the Booking.com host messaging feature).

Not having any management rep. on the premises is unnerving in case of any problems (like the elevator not working and you need to get your luggage up to or down from your 3rd-and-3/4 floor apartment. Bed could be improved.

Very clean, good position, 10-15 minutes to city center. Bunch of magazines and restaurants round. Delicious coffee in apartment)) Luggage deposit service was another awesome benefit. Definitely recommend!

I can wholeheartedly recommend this property. It's in a building with 7 managed apartments in a great location. It was a real pleasure to come "home" to Apartment 2, on the first floor (one above ground) with a balcony over the back patio of the bakery below. The shower was great and the apartment was quiet. There's an amazing irregularly-shaped elevator and lovely old parquet flooring.

2 dispensers inside the shower stall reduce the already-small space and may cause a few bruises!

Nice one bedroom flat, ideally located in the centre of Bologna. Clean and convenient.

It's above at the bar so noisy in the morning and there is smell of food if you open the windows.

The location is great. Very nice qute terrace and the bathroom is quite big. There is a well equipped kitchen, too. There is an option for luggage deposit which is great. It is convenient to have a digital access and the hosts answer relatively fast. It is a nice place.

It is a lodge and the part of the bed is too dark and too sloping ceiling on one side of the bed. Too long instructions for access the facility, but were clear enough. It is convenient to have a digital access, but when there is tiredness it sounds a bit messed up, because the instructions start with baggage deposit and first we appeared in an laundry room for luggage deposit. The hosts said that they will order a taxi for us to the airport, but the taxi never came. May be it is the taxi company fault, but it was tense as experience for us.

The property was a good size. The washer really saved us and the double showers were amazing.

Due to the popular location there was noise but that was expected. But f every night from roughly 1 am til 4:30 there was noise which made sleeping very difficult. Also I am not a fan of the key box/absent host method.

The apartment had adequate space and character. The location was excellent and convenient to everything we needed.

Lighting was poor, furniture uncomfortable and too spare. We found the 25 percent price increase for the third person, who is a child and who slept on the sofa in the living room (with no privacy, no extra furniture to sit on), to be absolutely ridiculous.
