Perfect location, really cool to relax on the roof whirlpool after a long ski day, SPA services really nice ! staff perfect with us, breakfast confortable. Renewed rooms, good spaces, Really good experience !

small negative point is maybe the plates of the breakfast were a little bit dirty.

Jacuzzi trop petit, sur occupé, direction de l'établissement pas très discrète, recadrage au bar d'un employé, Pas d'eau chaude salle de bain le soir, chambre froide, dérangement fin de matinée pour nettoyage chambre . Carte restaurant trop petite, et prix trop élevés . Mauvaise organisation au niveau du restaurant , attentes très longues...! Evacuation eau du hammam bouchée, douchettes ne fonctionne pas, douche difficilement réglables, et un sauna à peine tiède...

We have just arrived home from our trip to terra beka, on arrival we were greeted and shown around the property and all the amentities avaliable. we had a standard room everything is new and fresh. Shower is powerful, fridge in room with tea/coffee making facilities. Room was always warm, great decor. The owners and staff could not do enough for us. Very attentive and the hotel lift to and from the ski lifts, made our stay stress free. The jacuzzi and sauna is a real treat after a day on the slopes. Great spot between the different ski lifts leading to portes du Soleil. Food in the restaurant cooked in front of you on a open rottisery. Would highly recommend.

Very comfortable, all is new, excellent restaurant that prepares very well what they offer, well located and a great, professional and dedicated staff that do their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Just a few minor things that need to be finished as it recently opened. Showers in the spa for example.
