The property's location couldn't have been better, with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, and hiking trails. The view from the property was truly stunning and provided a picturesque backdrop throughout our stay. However, we were disappointed to find that the property did not match the depiction online. It appeared outdated and in need of some TLC. Upon arrival, we encountered multiple boxes in the living room, king bed very noisy with little movement and found the bedrooms lacking in adequate storage space for clothes (No bureaus). We also faced several maintenance issues during our stay, including a broken slider door handle, a noisy heater, a broken chair, a bathtub that didn't drain properly (standing in 3 inches of water while showering), and in the second bathroom the tile has years of grime. While Tamara, the property manager, was responsive and attempted to address these issues promptly, some problems remained unresolved. Despite our efforts to communicate our concerns to Tamara, we were met with resistance when requesting moderate compensation for the inconvenience. She dismissed our issues as minor and refused to compensate us. While we didn't allow these issues to completely overshadow our enjoyment of Sedona, our experience at this VRBO property fell short of our expectations.We believe a better understanding from Tamara of how these issues were impacting our stay and better upkeep of the property could greatly enhance the guest experience.

Upon arrival the property had not been cleaned. I contacted the host and there was a mix-up on her end with the arrival date. We ended up cleaning everything ourselves the night of our arrival. It was not ideal, but we managed. The host did refund the cleaning fee and send the cleaners the next day. However, we were disillusioned with the property. It is in desperate need of upgrades: the heater rattled so loudly that it woke us up at night, the mattresses have obviously seen better days (sagged in the middle and the protective matress/pillow covers were gray-white),the kitchen counters have mold spots in the grout, kitchen pans were old, the electric tea pot and the coffee maker had hard water stains all over them (so much so that I was afraid to use them for fear they had not been cleaned well in a while), no operating instructions for the 3 remotes that controlled the TV (very frustrating), the main bathroom cabinet and the kitchen lower cabinets are old with drawers that do not have tracks or handles, making it difficult to open and close and squeak loudly, the main bathroom sink doesn't have a stopper and I lost a small bottle cap down the drain, and finally, the backyard was a wreck, in need of a good clean-up. This would be a great place to stay with some much needed repairs and updates. The view, although not the one shown online, is fantastic. The location is ideal and close to everything.

Good location, easy access to hiking/biking trails. Nice deck for morning coffee while watching the sun hit the rocks. Up the street from the best bike shop in Sedona, Thunder Mountain Bikes! Even a water bowl for the dog.

Very casual/cottage like. If you aren't too fussy about decor/finishes this for price meets location to sites in Sedona. Full equipped kitchen. Owner communicated quickly. Mix up on our arrival so confirm with owner your stay! It is a quiet street. Decent closet space in bedrooms with plenty of hangers. Lighting outside could improve to help identify/locate property if arriving after dark. Need to request kindling if you want to use fireplace.

Everything we wanted to do in Sadona was easy to get to.

Both bathrooms lacked soap. The freezer was empty - no ice trays. Items that I suppose could be rectified with trips to the store. Paying what we did shouldn’t require buying items like ice trays and soap.

Very well kept, decent scenery, quiet road, near everything I wanted to be near. Fantastic experience. Will return.

Property i believe is being worked on..it is a great location and quit neighborhood. I believe there were many recepticales and both bethroom fans not working. It would be nice if there was aluminium foil and saran wrap.otherwise house was great

We really enjoyed our first trip to Sedona. The house was easy to find, in a convenient location, spacious, quiet, and comfortable. Even our little dog was calm and happy, and she's often nervous on trips.

Very nice view of the mountains and sunsets from the deck. Kitchen was fully stocked. Bathrooms were clean and updated. Nice place for the price. Tamara was very responsive with our questions. Pet friendly place. Located in a very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely go back again.

Great location. Nice quiet neighborhood, easy access to local venues, i.e. dining, shopping and hiking. The Property Mgr responded to a few last minute questions timely and was very helpful.

We love Sedona Arizona. Everywhere you look you see God’s creation on display. The house was nice and dog friendly is a huge plus. E we didn’t expect triple digit heat while there for the 4th of July week. All we were missing is a pool lol.

This is a lovely, cozy cottage in a very quiet neighborhood. Very convenient location to trails and restaurants. Great option for two couples. Host was very friendly and responsive.

Cozy property, perfectly located minutes from Sedona CBD, trails, great restaurants. We quickly became aware of the Coffee Pot Restaurant and Picasso's Italian Kitchen. The views are mesmerizing and the trails for everyone. Very glad we visited Sedona.

In overall agreement with the previous review. There were some issues, but Tamara was available and responsive. We had some workers in to fix some things, but it did not affect our stay. Good location. Recommending the Pink Jeep tour.

Everything was as described in the listing. Owner was very responsive to a couple of questions for some minor things that needed to be addressed. Overall a very comfortable stay.

There was a mix up with the cleaning of the property so when we arrived it had not been cleaned. However, the hostess as well as the cleaning service were very good about rectifying the situation. The location was great and the property met our needs very well. We err very pleased.

My 2 sisters (early 40s), daughter (age 10) & I booked a 4 night stay in Sedona. While I did not communicate with the owner at all, I did receive check in details about 3 days before our departure. The home itself is small but met our basic needs: well equipped kitchen, and enough comfy beds and bathrooms for 4 girls. Also, the home is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood just off the main road, close to grocery store and restaurants. The view from the living room is amazing! Cons: poor lighting in hallway bathroom. Not all lights in living room were functional and those that were flickered quite a bit. Wi-Fi instructions included but did not work during our stay. Water pressure great but water temp fluctuates when 2 people are showering simultaneously. Overall a good stay. Sedona is just lovely!

It is great they allow dogs. The neighborhood was fine for leash walks. It is hard to find trails where dogs can be off leash.

We really enjoyed this house. Everything was exactly like the website said. Very clean, really hot water even some supplies were included. Location was great also.

The house was nice and roomy. Really appreciate that we could have our dogs with us. Great location for getting to all of the attractions in Sedona.

We loved our stay at Tamara's property, the house was exactly what we wanted - close to town, close to hiking, close to the local juicery :-) the house was wonderfully decorated, cozy, and clean! Tamara was extremely responsive with any questions I had. We will definitely be staying here again. !

The view is lovely. The home needs some TLC. The master bed makes noise with the slightest movement, so no sleep. There are broken blinds. Duck tape holds down the hall runner. The house had not been cleaned upon our arrival so we had to wash the sheets and towels, vacuum, and the worst part was there were no cleaning supplies, so we used hand sanitizer. The owner is in California and her response was to get a hotel room. We could understand there was a error made about the cleaning service, but not the owners attitude. We are older travelers. We were told we would be issued some sort of refund.

My husband and I were set to arrive in Sedona on Monday, August 1st but arrived a day sooner. Owner was able to allow us in a day sooner. Upon entering this house was spotless. Beautiful home with a beautiful view of the red rocks. Everything you would need is in this home. The bed was comfortable and the house was perfect. This house is located in a quiet neighborhood which was perfect for my husband and I. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting the Sedona area. Would absolutely stay here again!!
