Great property very close to town. Fairhope is a very walkable city and this location makes it all just a few steps away.

Great stay. Perfect location and plenty of room. Beds a little hard for our liking but thats nit-picking. Great overall stay. Would stay again!

We arrived in Fairhope to shop and eat. The location was perfect for walking everywhere we wanted to go. The unit was beautifully decorated and the pictures were very accurate. The cleaning was average as some of the glasses and plastic glasses were not clean. The toilets needed deeper cleaning around and under the rim. The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. It has quite a sag to the middle! The unit was very comfortable other than the above. I would return.

we usually stay at The Grand which is lovely but no more! This condo is a gem! Beautiful, clean and so convient to everything in Fairhope. So walkable we parked the car Friday after a quick outlet mall trip and did not move it until Sunday morning. Sage, Thyme, Tamara's and Provisions quick walk and Fairhope Chocolate right around the corner!! Hoping for availability in December!!!

This property was perfect for downtown Fairhope. We walked everywhere and felt so safe

I was pleased to see 10 foot ceilings for a spacious feel in an attractively decorated loft. The location was conveniently located to everything downtown.

We came for the birth of our first grandchild. The location was perfect, Close to the hospital and could walk everywhere downtown. Great restaurants just outside the front door.

It was wonderful to stay there. Will come again. It was lovely.

Furniture was uncomfortable. No bar soap for showers. or even a box of kleenex. Sink in master bathroom will not drain good(left side) Nice place and very clean.

My husband and I went to Fairhope for the weekend this location was perfect! We parked the car and walked everywhere all weekend!

The property was quit, clean, and well located in the downtown area. The furniture was a little old but not bad. It was easy to keep the place cool.

Great condo located in the heart of Fairhope. There was a slight delay in getting the check in code, but the rental company worked quickly to remedy the situation.

It was our first time visiting Fairhope and we had a nice time. The condo is beautiful, clean and spacious. The location is perfect! You can walk to shops and restaurants. The only drawback is that the beds were uncomfortable. We didn't receive the code to get into the building before our arrival as stated, but the owner was quick to respond to our text and sent the code to us. We did have trouble getting into the building again later as the keypad wasn't working. There were no garbage bags left for us to put trash in so we had to use some bags that we had. Overall its a nice place to stay in Fairhope, very convenient and close to everything..

Location was great. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Unit is very clean. Rental manager was easy to get ahold of when needed and very responsive.

The condo was comfortable and decorated tastefully. Had all the necessities of your own home.

The place was very nice. The bed in the master was really uncomfortable. Both beds could use replacing. Shower in master needs some love too. There are not cable boxes in the bedrooms. TV’s wouldn’t connect to anything to watch live tv or stream. This was very frustrating. Got the tv in the living room to work but that was it. Overall, it was clean and quiet and I’m glad it was a short stay due to the beds. I can’t imagine having to try to sleep on them for more than a night or two.

The property was very clean and well equipped with paper goods. The location was excellent. Be careful not to lock yourself in the garage when throwing away trash.

Highly recommend by our adult children this place was perfect! Nice, very clean and quiet. Walking distance to great shopping and a variety of eating places. Easy check in and check out!
