Lovely apartment very conveniently located. Secure. Lots of room and a wonderful host.

We spent 3 weeks in Lisbon at this apartment and while the neighborhood isn’t in quaint old Lisbon, it is very convenient to the Metro and several bus lines. It is also possible to walk to all the key sites and charming neighborhoods such as Alfama, Bica, Baixa etc. The host, Sofia, is delightful! She is helpful, kind, and goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is worry free. I give her the highest recommendation. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. It was a great base to discover Lisbon. A good supermarket is minutes away and lots of restaurants are within a short walk.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property and the owner was awesome! She arranged transport to and from airport. We enjoyed the location and were able to walk to shopping, restaurants, etc. Uber was also very reasonable and how we mostly got around to further locations. The VRBO had everything we needed and we even had breakfast waiting for us when we arrived. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This was one of the best properties I have rented. My family and I do travel a lot and have a lot of experience with renting properties. Sofia was wonderful- she took the time to show us the apartment and how things worked which I appreciated. She left Granola, eggs, milk , fruit , jam and cheese for us to enjoy. The apartment itself was very spacious, clean and the beds were so comfortable . There are abundant towels, facecloths, adaptor plugs and an English cartoon channel for the kids! Location was perfect - 1 min to a grocery store and 5 to a metro stop. Only con was the lack of air conditioning. The fans were helpful and the area where the bedrooms were does stay cool. The apartment was perfect and it was very easy to find your way around Lisbon from here. The host Sofia was amazing!!! She met us at the apartment with a warm welcome and took lots of time to ask questions about our interests and help us plan out our week. Having breakfast food in the fridge was so appreciated and delicious. Sofia also organized our airport transfers and a full day tour with Ricardo who was also wonderful !!! Have nothing but good things to say about our stay here. For those who have mobility issues, there is no lift and the apartment is on the third floor. This is clearly indicated in the description of the apartment. Would love to stay here again!!

Sofia was a wonderful host. After booking the apartment, she reached out to us to help coordinate rides to/from the airport. She also had a welcome breakfast for us upon our arrival (and inquired as to any dietary restrictions beforehand). She met us at the apartment and took the time to show us how to operate the door locks, the windows, the appliances, the showers, the stereo, and the tv/cable - all of which are different than what we are used to in the United States, so that was really appreciated. She was also available via FaceTime if we had any issues. The apartment was gorgeous - original tiles and wood stairs in the building, original wood doors, shutters, and flooring throughout the apartment, and fully updated kitchen and bathrooms. The apartment was also spacious, beautifully decorated (with fresh flowers in the living room and bedrooms), clean, and very comfortable. We felt at home and enjoyed having a glass of wine on the balcony at the end of our days and relaxing in the living room planning our next day. The apartment is perfectly located just off of Av. da Liberdade and there is a cafe across the street and markets at either end of the block. The neighborhood is quiet at night, which was perfect for getting a good nights sleep with the windows open. Overall we enjoyed our stay and have recommended the apartment to friends thinking of visiting Lisbon. As this was a girls trip, we look forward to returning with our husbands in the future.

Great property with loads of space and a balcony. The location is not bad, though is @15-20min walk to the main tourist area, but there are plenary of good restaurants @5mins walk nearby. Sofia, who manages the property, is so helpful with everything including sorting out a welcome breakfast which was lovely. Sofia also arrange for parking (paid) in a nearby garage which is a must and saved both money and time looking for a parking space.

This apartment was so beautiful. It’s an old apartment that has been beautifully renovated retaining many original features such as the shutters on the doors. As it’s an old building there are quirks to the apartment which added to its charm. It was extremely hot during our stay and there is no air conditioning but Sofia the host guided us on keeping the apartment as cool as possible during the day and getting the air flowing through in the evening and we were fine. Sofia was a wonderful host, greeting us on arrival and showing us how everything worked. A welcome basket was also provided. We were made to feel at home. Location wise the ‘main city’ is easily walkable. 15 minutes in an Uber from the train station Entrecampos to the apartment EUR 11. 20 minutes to the airport EUR 13. We found the Ubers to be very cheap and used them to visit the oceanarium and 360 Amoreiras during our stay. We had a late flight on our departure day and Sofia very kindly let us use the apartment right up until we needed to leave for the airport which meant we could enjoy the full day in Lisbon. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lisbon and this apartment. It’s a great base for a city break.

We all five had a wonderful time at Sofia‘s place. It was way beyond our expectation. Especially because of Sofia!

We could not have been happier with our choice of property and location for our family holiday to Lisbon. We stayed for 9 nights, and the apartment was perfect for us. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect, we enjoyed our walks in to the city and for anything further we used Uber which was very cheap. I have to thank our host Sofia, who was there to great us and make sure we knew everything we needed to know about the apartment and location. Sofia was amazing even before we arrived and arranged a fantastic day for us visiting Sintra, the surrounding area and beaches along the coast. We had an amazing lunch that Sofia also booked for us. Thank you Sofia for making our stay perfect!

Our stay at Pimenta was great - we could not have asked for more! The location of the apartment is fantastic. Its in very close proximity to all amenities and great places to eat. Sofia was so lovely in greeting us and ensuring we had everything we needed and telling us about the apartment and various neighborhoods to visit and recommendations. We had a sincerely great stay.

I can't begin to tell you how sad we were to leave. Right from the day we booked, Sofia reached out and by the time we arrived, I felt like we were meeting an old family friend. My husband and daughter have food allergies and I was so touched that Sofia thoroughly read every ingredient label on items she purchased for us. With two teen kids space was important to our sanity and this place did not disappoint. I loved going to the corner store every morning and buying fresh bread rolls for breakfast, still warm and tasty. The apartment has everything you could need, well stocked and clean with great natural air flow when windows are open. Close to a metro stop but we did walk a lot and used Bolt (like Uber). Sofia was the best host and contact! She was amazing in ensuring we were well taken care of during our stay. To quote her: “I have your backs!” The property is well located with half hour walks to many places in Lisbon. Restaurants right around the corner. Recommend highly Chu Chu for genuine Portuguese chicken! If you want a pied-à-terre in Lisbon, it is a great spot. Sofia, thank you for your warm hospitality! You made Portugal proud for these first time visitors.

We now have been spoiled! This apartment was so comfortable and beautiful we are sure to be disappointed in future rentals. Sofia was warm and helpful and even left breakfast for us. The apartment had everything we needed. I wish we could give it more then 5 stars. It was so comfortable and homey.

This rental is perfectly located with easy access that Lisboa has to offer. Sofia is a true gem as she is available and willing to help as needed. She offered wonderful options on excursions we inquired about. The rental is well cared for and attention is paid to the details. We highly recommend it as a great place to stay in Lisboa!

The space is both eclectic and comfortable. Sofia, who supports the whole process, was an absolute star and provided a ton of great information prior to our trip and then helped ensure that we had everything we needed when we checked in. The location is fantastic as it ensures you have easy access to lots of great sites but it’s also a true neighborhood. Absolutely wonderful!

This apartment was located just a few blocks from the main parks and shopping streets, next to many restaurants and a grocery store. The place was very clean, well appointed, comfortable and large. We would have been happy staying here for weeks if we had the time. Just 15 minutes from the airport, you can also ride the metro, trams, and busses around town. Both hosts were very helpful, friendly and responsive.

We stayed a month at this spacious, beautifully curated apartment. Sofia gave us a warm welcome along with fresh flowers, morning coffee and breakfast in the refrigerator. When we had a few minor issues in the apartment she gladly rectified them most efficiently and promptly. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

Beautiful, extremely clean, great location, and best of all Sophie is a host that cares about her guests. If you like fresh flowers and food in the fridge upon arrival, along with other basic amenities this is the place for you. Comfortable beds, beautiful bright rooms, and space to move, it was hard to leave to enjoy the sights in Lisbon. The attention to decor is out of a magazine and a joy to relax in after a busy day! Great location with a supermarket and breakfast or lunch place across the street. Best vacation rental ever!

Stunning, clean, well equipped apartment in quiet location. Owner has such attention to detail such as toiletries, tourist maps and even got us some breakfast provisions for our first morning. Everything within walking distance and if you don’t feel like walking Uber taxis are cheap .Wifi is excellent. Perfect property for a visit to Lisbon don’t hesitate to book.

We loved this apartment! It was decorated great, and in a perfect location. Sophia happened to be away our week, so Lara helped us and checked us in. She was very nice and really helpful. All in all, we had a wonderful stay here.

Everyone should experience the warm greeting from Sofia. She is a very special person who makes you feel at home from the first hello! Great location. Spent 8 days and wish it was longer

Sofia's place was beautiful, centrally located and perfect for our family of four with two older teens. The rooms were large and nicely decorated, the kitchen has recently been updated and it was easy to relax and enjoy Lisbon. Sofia met us there and had a lot of great suggestions for places to eat and go. We took her up on many of them. She was able to accommodate our later than planned arrival and it seemed really important to her that we no only enjoy her apartment, but have a wonderful time in Lisbon. When we come back (and we will), we'll be staying with Sofia again.

We stayed here for 3 nights in July 2016 and found the apartment to be everything we expected and more. We loved the décor (see photos of living room built in shelving with artistic knick nacks and the sink in the master bedroom), there was plenty of room for the 5 of us and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals . The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood with a market steps away for almost everything you'd need. Sophia was extremely helpful and the breakfast items she supplied us with were such a nice personal touch.

This 3 bedroom apartment was wonderful. Our family of four stayed here for 5 nights. Quiet, central with all conveniences. The apartment is located on the third floor and get flooded with afternoon sun. Very tastefully decorated, really felt like home away from home. A few steps to climb up, but no street noise either. To begin with, the street is very quiet. All the bedrooms are in the back, so nice for sleeping in! Full kitchen and washing machine for clothes was a plus. Our host, Sophia was excellent and extremely accommodating. We especially appreciated the food items she provided us with to get us going on our stay. She even found some gluten free bread! Would definitely recommend.
