The house was beautiful and Joyce was a great host!

We had a short stay and Joyce was so easy to work with. She was extremely flexible and allowed us to check in a little bit early and check out a little bit late so that we could enjoy our short stay.
The house was fantastic with multiple levels And two master bedroom suites with bathrooms on different levels. And a great bunk bedroom. The kitchen on the main level was fully stocked, and there was even a partial kitchen on the floor upstairs which we did not need to use.
And a great deck on the front of the house for watching Sunset and a deck on the back of the house to eat outside for dinner.
And it came with 2 passes for Dunes Beach, which was a great beach , about a mile from the house.

This property was perfect for our family vacation. Tons of space to spread out, plenty of bedrooms for everyone, and all 3 (!) decks were awesome. The dunes beach was beautiful and it was great to have passes for there. We loved it!!

My friends and I stayed in the house for a reunion and had a great time. For a large group it was extremely spacious and accommodating, I think even better than the pictures portray it. Location was also perfect as we were 10 minutes to the beach and bars/restaurants in downtown. Was also very easy to communicate with the owner. Would stay again and highly recommend!

The house was massive, very clean. Slept 14, easily can accommodate a few more guests. Plenty of seating, 2 kitchens, 3 fridges, 2 sets of washer/dryers, boogies boards, bicycles, beach chairs all available for use by house renters.
No bed linens required or bath/beach towels needed. Everything is provided. The manager, Joyce was a pleasure to talk to and was on spot if anything was needed.
Wonderful family memories were made!

Wonderful house! Way bigger than on listing. Best part was the outdoor space - gorgeous front lawn and a beautifully enclosed deck, also with multiple balconies to watch the sunset. Will come again

Joyce was an amazing host! Always available, accommodating, making sure the house had what we needed, met us on day one to show us around. House was bigger than we thought. Two living areas (kitchen/seating/TVs) and 3 refrigerators. Plenty of room for all. We made some wonderful family memories here, much thanks to Joyce.

Joyce was amazing. House was so beautiful, so big, so clean. We had a group of 12 men and didn’t feel overwhelmed at all. More space than one group could imagine. Would recommend 10 out of 10. One minor, very minor thing- when we cooked/grilled we had no spices, which was a surprise. Just salt if I remember.

This house was absolutely beautiful and so much bigger than it looked in the listing. We cooked and enjoyed our time mostly at the house, taking advantage of the large front yard to throw around a frisbee. 5 minutes from the beach, this property can’t be beat for a large group!

The house was comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed, from boogie boards to bicycles. If you are going there, be aware that renters are asked to clear out ALL foodstuffs, so you need to bring spices, f if you use them.

We had a wonderful family vacation at this well equipped and spacious house. Beach is close and with 2 beach passes we all could go to the beach together. Great outside deck for dining. Owner very accessible and responsive.

Joyce was a lovely host - very welcoming and the property was spacious and accommodating to our group. The house comes with many extras (bikes, scooters, boogie boards, chairs etc) and a back deck to fit any crowd. Thanks Joyce!

The house was perfect for our family. It was really spacious, clean and well equipped. It could comfortably fit 16 if you have kids and need that type of space. We are already looking forward to our stay next year!

We had a great stay, despite a hurricane blowing through and losing power for 12 hours or so! The house is roomy, convenient, modern, and very clean, and we could all spread out and be comfortable. We have access to another beach so we didn't spend much time at Dunes, but the house was all we could ask for.

This is the perfect Beach House for a large group. The owner, Joyce, gave us access to two beach passes to Dunes beach which is just a mile from the house. Misquamicut beach is just a little further down the road which is also a really nice beach. There were boogie boards and bikes in the garage that were allowed to use. The outdoor shower after a long beach day was perfect. Great bunk room for the kids upstairs and second living room and kitchen where they could hangout. The deck out back was awesome. Plenty of tables for dining and just hanging out. Also a great yard for yard games. Loved having drinks on the decks out front. The house had everything we needed. Joyce was a great host. Very responsive. We had a great time and a great stay.

We had a family vacation with people ranging in age from 90 years old to 5 months. The place
Was perfect with plenty of room for everyone. The back deck is great for outdoor dining and to let the young one run around. The main kitchen is great and the open floor is great for everyone to hang out. Would definitely recommend.

The property had a large living space, perfect for our large family. Clean and inviting. Plenty of amenities. Joyce was wonderful to work with, very nice. Good location. My two favorite perks was the pass to Dunes beach, ( worth it!) and the sand box in the back yard. My grandchildren loved it!!

Everything was great other than it was advertised as beach passes to Blue Shutters beach and the house had passes to the Dunes. No comparison and we ended up buying 2 season passes to Blue Shutters for the week which cost us &200.00

My family and I enjoyed our stay in with well appointed property nestled in the exclusive area but still close to everything. Communication was great with a personal walkthrough upon checking.

Joyce was so communicative and a great host. We used the beach passes to visit blue shutters beach which was breathtaking. A quick 9 minute drive away. I had a large group staying here with me and this house fit us so comfortably! More than enough beds/space for us. We love the porch and deck space as well. You can even see the beach from the top floors porch. Would highly recommend.

The beach was very difficult to get parking and had to shuttle people to the beach. I'm sure COVID had alot to do with it.

My friends and I had a wonderful experience at this home. The location was great (5 min drive to Dunes Park Beach) and only 10-15 minutes drive to downtown. Joyce was extremely helpful and showed us around the home, which was great because the house is huge! I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to spend some time in Westerly, RI.

We stayed there for a girls weekend and it was absolutely perfect. We had 14 women and we were so comfortable and felt so welcomed to the home. Joyce is a great host who was willing to suggest places to eat in the area and show us around the house so we knew where everything was! It was a great experience and the house had so much space, I would definitely rent her home again!

This house is huge! Lots of room, great for groups. Lovely deck space and views. The only negative was that it was quite a walk to the beach, about 25 minutes. But with the two car parking passes that come with the house, driving is quick and easy!! Definitely will be renting again next year!

This photo does not do the house justice...it is VERY large, two master suites, two kitchens, several common areas and six bedrooms in all. It was very comfortable for the 12 of us who were there. Four more could have easily fit if you used the pull-out sofa bed. Make sure you bring extra paper towels and toilet paper...we ran out. It was our first VRBO experience and we all agree we'll do it again. It was a great rental.

We stayed at this property for the weekend and really enjoyed the open layout of the main living space and the front decks. There were so many different areas in the house and we couldn't believe how huge it was in person when we pulled up. The back deck is also a really nice size and we enjoyed using that as well. Great place for a group. My friends who also stayed for the weekend were amazed with this great house we chose.

We had a great time at the house; it's "great room" was perfect for dining and card playing, which became even more important as we got socked in with rain and cold. Lots of bedrooms have everyone their own space. Kitchen well stocked with utensils and all necessities.Joyce great to work with!

We had a reunion for 15 people and this house was really perfect - we will probably use it again and have recommended it to friends. The house is very nicely kept up (it actually looked even better than the pictures) and has everything you need to throw a great event for a crowd. Although we were there in the winter, it has a really beautiful new-looking back deck (with grill and large table) that would be perfect for outdoor fun. We found it a really convenient location and made day trips into Mystic and Stonington, and of course the great beach which is only about a mile away. Communications with Joyce were very quick and easy. Enjoy!

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back! The house is spacious and easily accommodates multiple family units. Clean, well maintained and the owner was super easy to work with. Close proximity to beach a plus and the town of Westerly is really cute.

We were traveling to Westerly for my son's wedding, and I thought it would be wonderful if all of the extended family could spend more time together.
This house was perfect. We hosted the rehearsal dinner of approximately 40 people, and one night actually had 20 people sleeping at the house. It never felt crowded. In fact there was ample privacy for our 4 separate family units.
Joyce, the property manager was a dream to work with. What ever we needed, she easily accommodated. We will definitely be back.

Great place for kids, plenty of rooms and the decks fantastic! Close to the beach and stores, every one could spread out in the two kitchens and living rooms. Bikes, toys, beach chairs everything about this house was fabulous!
